Attendance and Control Definitions
Attendance and Control module is a module that allows employees to record their entry, exit, leave and leave types in the excuse category in detail for the relevant days and reflect them on the relevant screens of the employee.
Defining Leave and Excuse Categories
To create an attendance control, the first step to follow is to create "Permission and Excuse" definitions according to the categories on the "Control Panel > System > Parameters > Permission and Excuse Categories" screen. KYou can create it by clicking on the + icon on the screen that appears.

Defining Message Types
The first step to create message types is "Control Panel > System > Parameters > You can create it by clicking the + icon on the "screen

Legal Definition, Code, Details and Color Codes are defined in the work type field.
- Legal Definition: The name of the overtime type to be defined should be written.
- Code: You can define the legal definitions by using their initials or using different expressions.
- Detail: If there is additional detail, it should be written, otherwise the legal definition name should be written.
- Color Code:What color is the code on the Entry and Exit screens? You can choose the color if you want it to appear.
Entrances and Exits
The first step to create Entries and Exits can be created by clicking on the employee's day on the "Attendance and Control" screen and clicking on the + icon on the page that opens. After making your selection from the fields in the overtime leave categories, you must select the hour range and save it.
For example; After saving the Night Work, it appears on the relevant screen as "IO".



Summary information is given in the fields under data submission. It refers to the monthly aggregated display of the shift types of all employees within the branch, as a result of individual definitions. When we click on Save Leave and Overtime, it is automatically reflected on the relevant screens.
PDKS Import
The file must be uploaded by clicking on the import icon on the Entries and Exits screen, selecting the branch and document type to be imported. The imported file is reflected on the entry and exit screen, and when we click save, it transfers the records to the relevant pages.
