Content is created from the campaign details and there is a list of posts to track the content sent in a single place. You can list which campaign was sent when and by whom.

Campaign Detail

When adding a campaign, first the outline of the campaign is determined. Afterwards, who the campaign will reach is determined based on the target audiences, and final checks and arrangements are made with the help of the list manager.

Contents

Announcements of prepared campaigns are possible with contents. New content can be added from the content area or associated with existing content.

The text format and font can be adjusted with the content editor. Links to the content can be given and images can be placed.
If adjustments have been made in the document and form templates, submissions can also be made with ready-made templates.
If an addition or association is made from the contents area, a record will be placed directly in the submissions field.

Submissions

Campaign submissions are made from this area.

SendGrid Templates: Previously prepared template is selected.
Sms Content: The information to be sent in SMS is selected in the ready fields.
Add Content: If it is not associated with the existing content from the contents field, the content to be sent with the add icon. is added.

Send: When the send icon is clicked, the list manager associated with the campaign will appear.

Sending Type: If there is SendGrid integration, an e-mail is sent by selecting SendGrid and this is saved as a template in SendGrid. If mail is selected, mail will be sent directly via Workcube.
Survey: If the relationship with the survey has been established in the campaign detail, the survey is selected and this survey is sent when sending the e-mail.
List Manager Total Number: Gives the total number of people in the list manager. If the target audience is associated with the campaign and then added/removed in the list manager, the target audience and the number of people may not be exactly the same.
Sender: The e-mail address from which this sending was made is displayed by default. The e-mail to be sent is taken from the Company Definitions.
Post Number: Indicates who sent the post, whether it was sent or how many times it was sent.
If "Should Email be sent again to Members to whom E-mail has been sent?" is selected as yes in the pop-up xml settings, the same post can be sent more than once. can be sent.
Proof Page: Final checks on the content are made on the proof page before sending.
Report: If there is SendGrid integration and the sending type is selected as SendGrid, reporting is done.

Sending List

There is a list of posts to track the content sent from the campaign detail in a single place. It lists which campaign was sent when and by whom.

Redirects the campaign to the campaign detail you clicked on. You can access the posts from the campaign details, view the amount of content sent from the flag icon next to the post, or review the content of the post from the proof icon.
