Rewards
Rewards screen is one of the employee performance evaluation screens in Workcube's HR module. Employees are appreciated and rewarded within the framework of performance criteria that businesses value.

Awards Screen Structure and Functioning
On this screen, the awards given to all users can be displayed. Rewards can be deleted and updated according to authorization levels.


- Reward Type: There are reward types determined in accordance with the business's reward system. These may be determined as bonuses, gift vouchers, in-kind aid, profit sharing, stocks, rights given other than salary, training and paid leave.
- Filtering: There are filtering options by entering words, award type and date on the awards page. After filtering, the number of records to be displayed at once can be checked by entering the number in the field next to the search icon.
- Reward Giving: By clicking on the + icon, the new reward giving screen is accessed.
- Awards List: In the list that appears as a result of filtering, the number of awards, awards, award types, users who receive and give awards, dates of giving and registration, registration number, position of the user receiving the award and position type information can be displayed.
- Award Name: The subject for which the award is given is displayed as the award name. Awards given in accordance with business criteria such as Outstanding Performance and Individual Congratulations are displayed with these names. Deleting and updating operations are performed by clicking on the award names. Deleting and updating can also be done from the pencil icon to the right of the list.
- Award Recipient:Award recipient username is in this column. By clicking on the username, you can go to the user details.
- Reward Giver:This is the column where the reward giver is located. User details can be accessed via the username.
- Export and Display: Export and display options are controlled from this area.
- New Reward Giving: The new reward screen is accessed via the + icon. After entering the subject type, date, award giver, award recipient and description, the award is saved to the system with the save button. The update screen, which is accessed by clicking on the reward name or the pencil icon, looks the same as the new reward screen, the only difference is the update button instead of the save button and the delete button next to it.
My Awards Screen Structure and How it works
Path: Intranet > My Portal > HR Transactions > My Rewards
System users can follow the rewards they receive from the My Rewards screen on the HR portal.


- My Awards: The number, name, award type, award giver information, award and registration dates of all awards received by users are displayed. list.
- Award Name: Indicates the subject of the award given. You can go to the detail screen about the award by clicking on the award name.
- Transaction Made By: Information about the user who gave the award is found in this column. User details can be accessed by clicking on the username.
- Award Details: Through the detail screen about the reward received, the subject of the award, the person giving and receiving the award, and the explanation about the award can be accessed. By clicking on the names of the award givers and recipients, you can go to the details screen of the individuals.
Feedback
The employee uses it to view the rewards he/she has received.
