Production Design Parametric Definitions
Many parametric definitions such as your workstations, operation types, work programs, pause types, product trees, product features, quality achievements are made from the Production Design module.
Before using the Production Design module, the functioning is well analyzed in line with the needs of the company. The following definitions must be made correctly.
Workstations
A workstation is a production unit where one or more jobs of the same type are performed together and where one or a group of workers/machines work. Stations are located under Production Design.
Path: ERP > Production > Production Design > Stations
If you want to manage in a segmented manner, it is sufficient to select the parent station when defining a station.
Defined stations are added when designing the product tree;
Operation Definitions
These are the operation definitions that are performed on the workstations and enable the product to be ready. While defining the operation, you can define the operation code, operation cost, how many minutes it takes, station capacity/hour.
Path: ERP > Production > Production Design > Operations

Also, how the operation is performed and information, user manual, etc. If there are any, you can add them to your operation definition. For example: We can give a few examples of the operations of a furniture factory as follows.
01-Cutting Operation
02-Sewing Operation
03-Dyeing Operation
04-Assembly Operation
05-Packing Operation
Work Program
The work program must be defined in production. You can save your work schedules based on your business, branch and warehouse, with the help of this parameter.
Path: HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Attendance and Control > Work Schedule
Pause Categories
Definitions made in Pause categories are selected when adding Pause Types. The reasons for which the production line was stopped are categorized.
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Pause Categories
Pause Types
Pause Types You can define the situations in which production is disrupted by the pause types. Meals, breaks, machine malfunctions, electrical problems, special needs, etc.
Path: ERP > Production > Production Design > Pause Types

Quality Control Definitions
Quality control definitions enable you to determine your quality standards. You can save the definitions by clicking the “+” icon.
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Quality Control Definitions

Selections of the standard determined by the "+" icon at the end of the line of the saved definition are entered as the quality control result.
These choices can be made as tolerance or acceptance-rejection. To do this, "Tolerance, Accept and Reject Option" should be selected from the xml settings in the relevant popup.

The definitions made here are from the Other > Quality Control page at the top right in the detail of the products whose quality is monitored and the "Quality Control" in the product tree detail. The association is made on the page.

Quality Performance
The definitions to be made in this field are selected when adding quality control results. With the color code, you can choose which color the parameter will be when making the selection.
Path:Control Panel > System > Parameters > Quality Performance
The defined parameters can be accessed by clicking the “Quality” icon on the Quality Operations page. It is used when entering control information in the popup that opens.
Inspection Level
Inspection level is defined in the system as the level of quality control. You can define how many levels of control you will perform in this field.
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Inspection Level
You can set the defined inspection levels in the detail of the product whose quality is monitored on the Other > Quality Control page. and is used on the “Quality Control” page in the product tree detail.
Source of Nonconformity
Sources of nonconformity are identified on this page. As a result of quality control, any of the nonconformity source definitions made when recording nonconformity is selected.
Path:Control Panel > System > Parameters > Nonconformity Source

Basic Input Types
Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Basic Input Types
Alternative Product Questions
In line with the variable definitions (alternative question and alternative product) to be made by the Production Planning Unit in the product trees, customers through B2B and B2C or a document with a basket template such as sales and purchasing Spec records can be created in line with alternative questions and answers in the records. In order to use the “Spec Formation from Alternative Questions” screen, alternative questions are added from the Production Design module.
Path: ERP > Production > Production Design > Alternative Product Questions
Questions added here ERP > It is selected on the Production > Production Design > Alternative Management screen.

Production Features
Adding features and variations to the product with the help of this parameter.
Path: ERP > Production > Production Design > Production Features
Saved definitions are selected on the Other > Product Features page in the product detail. For example; If you are a company that produces backrests and want to add variations according to colors, you can choose from the relevant page;
