Current Statement
With the Current Statement, the transaction statement in the current account can be followed and relational invoice closing operations can be performed with the current statement.

You can extract the transaction records of the current accounts on the Current Statement page. It is possible to detail this current extract with the help of various filters.

Current Statement Filtering Options

- Current Account: Selection is made here to pour the current statement of the current account. It is a mandatory field to be selected.
- Project: If you want to extract the current statement of a certain project of the current account, a selection must be made in this field.
- Invoices: The statement of the current account can be issued according to invoice-based selection.
- Collection / Payment Type: According to the collection and payment type. current account statement can be extracted.
- Subscriber Number: If selection is made based on the subscriber number, the current statement associated with that subscriber is displayed.
- Branch: Current account statement can be extracted according to branch-based selection.
- Account Type: Main standard, sales, purchase, advance, guarantee, Account type selections can be made according to consignment and export record.
- Physical Asset: Current statement can be issued according to the current movements of the physical asset.
- Project Categories: Instead of selecting a single project, the current statement of all projects under that category can be extracted and analyzed by selecting the project category.
- Date: Within certain date ranges.
- Template Type: Current account statement can be issued according to "Detailed Account Statement" or "In-Module Printer Documents" templates.
- Special Code: Transaction according to the defined special code.

Selection Boxes: The current extract to be poured can be filtered according to the options here. Apart from options such as "Retrieving Unpaid Checks/Bills", "Retrieving Unpaid Instructions", "Payment Performance", "Manual Payment Performance", the filter options available when selecting "Bulk Statement" increases:
Detailed bulk statement can be created with the options of "Member Category", "Customer Representative", "Buyer / Seller", "Current Ending Account", "Special Code".
Bulk. Under the statement, there are also options such as "Fetch Related Members", "Fetch Those Who Have Seen Activity", "Fetch Zero Balance".
Export to PDF can be done with the "Export to PDF" option with the "Paging by Client" and "Group by Customer Representative" options.
With the "Get Excel" option the current statement can be downloaded as a zip file or as a digital archive document.
After detailed filtering, the desired current statement appears with the "Dump" button.
Current Statement Detail
When the current statement is poured, some operations to be performed here appear.

On the Current Statement detail screen, invoice closing transactions are carried out with the options "Payment Request" and "Payment Order" on the top right, and thus debt-receivable management is provided.
At the same time, you can view the company details of the current account. You can save this current statement in various formats and send it by e-mail or print it out.

When the current statement is poured out, the main headings in the basket area are as follows;
There are status headings such as number, date, document, transaction (Click to go to the details of the transaction), debit, credit, balance, B/A (Debit/credit status) and finally whether manual closing has been made or not.
If it is red, no manual closing has been made, if it is orange, partial closing has been made, if it is green, manual closing has been made. You can view the details of the situation when you hover over it with the mouse.

When you go to the end of the current statement, you can see the general total as debit, credit, balance and learn the debit/credit status of the current account.

Feedback
A current account statement is a report that a business uses to track its financial relationships with its customers or suppliers. The report summarizes all transactions that took place in the current accounts of the business within a specific date range.
