GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an acquis that determines the regulations on data protection and privacy in the European Union and the European Economic Area. GDPR Mandate is an authority to protect data. It primarily aims to help individuals take control of their personal information and then to ensure that companies comply with these regulations.

GDPR Authorizations are located on the Authorization Groups page. In addition to the module authorizations of the authorization groups registered in the system, there is also a GDPR Authorization field.

The reverse logic works in the choices made here. Namely;

If the box is selected, authorization is given, that is, it can be viewed.
If the box is not selected, the authorization is taken, that is, it cannot be viewed.

Employees can be authorized at the following stages within the scope of the authorization group they belong to.

Personal Data: In terms of the information it contains, it is protected with the degree of "Personal Data-Confidential" It is used for information that is not necessary, but is not wanted to be known by people other than the person to whom it belongs and those who need to know.
1. Intranet > MyPortal > Contact > Address Book Update
  Address / Email / Tel 1 / Mobile Phone fields are masked.
2. Identity and Contact Information on the HR - HR > Recruitment > Recruitment > Resume and CV Report pages
  TR ID Number / Address / Direct Tel / Mobile Tel / Home Tel fields are masked.
3. Report > Standard Reports > Employee Detailed Analysis Report
  Address / Direct Tel / Mobile Tel / Home Tel fields are masked.
Personal Data-Confidential: Used for information that falls within the scope of special personal data within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law.
1. CRM > Sales and Marketing > Marketing > Mail List
  Telephone fields are masked.
2. ERP > Sales-Distribution > Shipment-Logistics > Incoming E-delivery note
  Sender Tax Number / TR ID Number fields are masked.
3. HR - HR > Planning > Employee Information > Employees
  TR ID Number is masked.
4. HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Payroll and Payroll > Deductions, Automatic Bes, Tax Exemptions
  TR ID Number is masked.
5. HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Wage Management and Personnel > Excess Overtime Work, Advance Requests, Installment Advance Requests
  TR ID Number is masked.

  TR ID Number is masked.
Personal Data-Top Secret: In case of unauthorized and unauthorized disclosure, use, processing or sharing, it may be in our reputation and interests in terms of personal security or national security. It is used for information that could cause life-threatening harm, provide benefits for a foreign state, and have extraordinary security consequences.
1. ERP > Finance Accounting > Bank > Bank Transactions
  Access to details in Transaction Category and Account Fields (if not Company or Bank) is prevented.
2. ERP > Finance Accounting > Current > Debit Credit Breakdown
  Employee EMP Number and Name-Surname information are masked. Additionally, the Current Statement does not open when the employee balance is clicked.
Financial Data: It is used for information that does not need to be protected as "Financial Data-Confidential" due to the information it contains, but is not wanted to be known by people other than those who need to know.
Financial Data-Confidential:Used for information that, if disclosed without permission, may lead to unfair competition or provide an advantage to other companies providing services in the same field.
Financial Data-Top Secret:In case of unauthorized and unauthorized disclosure, use, processing or sharing, it is used for personal safety or reputation in terms of national security. and is used for information that could cause vital harm to our interests, provide benefits for a foreign state, and have extraordinary security consequences.

  Amount information is masked.
2. HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Wage Management and Personnel > Advance Requests, Installment Advance Requests
  Amount information is masked.
3. Report > Standard Reports > Employee Bank Salary Control, Employee Detailed Analysis, Detailed Wage Analysis Reports
  Salary Information and amount information affecting Salary Information are masked.
Process Information: It is classified as "Process Information-Confidential" in terms of the information it contains. It is used for information that does not need to be protected, but is not wanted to be known by people other than those who need to know.
Process Information-Confidential: It is used for information that, if disclosed without permission, may lead to unfair competition or provide an advantage to other companies providing services in the same field.

Additional Information

Path: Control Panel > System > Parameters > Additional Information

GDPR authorizations in the Authorization Group are also available on the Additional Information page. Clients, products, Employees, etc. Additional information optionally created on pages may also be masked by the GDPR.

Arrangements regarding GDPR are made in the authorization group.
The relevant GDPR Authorization is selected in the Additional Information field, whichever authority is desired to be connected.
The Masking section ensures that the additional information entered is masked in the database. If this box is selected, the relevant definition will be displayed masked in the database.
When the Corporate Member detail is accessed, users without "Personal Data" authorization will view additional information as masked.
