Path: BI-Reports>Standard Reports>Detailed Service Analysis Report
You can obtain information about the products through filters such as product, category, brand, serial number. Reports are received for pre-sales and post-sales, thanks to special definitions determined by the sales region, micro-region code, customer responsible, customer value and customer. By associating the services with the subscribers, graphs are created for the service operations performed with detailed filters such as the relevant officer, service category, sub-stage, fault code, start-end date.

- By Product: Product-based tracking is done. In product service operations, it lists according to the product selected in the direct service detail, not the selected product.
- By Supplier: It reports according to the supplier selected in the product card. Supplier identification of the products selected in the service application must be made. Otherwise, it will not fetch data.
- By Customer: The service brings the details by grouping them according to the selected corporate account.
- By Individual Customer: The service brings the details by grouping them according to the selected individual account.
- By the Responsible: The service brings the products selected in the detail by grouping them, if a responsible person is assigned in the product card. Services with an empty responsible definition in the product card will not be available.
- By Brand:The service brings the products selected in detail by grouping them according to their brands. If the brand definition on the product card is empty, the service detail will not bring data to the list even if the product is selected.
- By Category: It shows the products by grouping them on the basis of the upper and lower categories to which they belong.
- By Branches: It brings it by grouping it on the basis of the branches selected in the service detail.
- By Officer:The person in charge in the service detail. If selected, it brings the services of each officer by grouping them. If the report type is "By Officer" and a selection is made from the officer field, the services of the selected officer will be listed in detail.
- By Series: The service brings the series entered in detail by grouping them.
