For example; For sales, firstly customer calls are made and opportunities are created. This opportunity record is converted into a quote, order, delivery note and invoice respectively. The Corporate Account starts as a potential Customer and continues as a Current at the end of the process.
Some steps may be skipped in this process. Opportunity follow-ups can be used as a kind of communication and offer, so the opportunity can be turned into an order by skipping the offer part.
- If there is a previously created order record, these orders can be listed by searching and the relationship with the opportunity is established by selecting them.
- A new order record is created for the current opportunity.
A new order record is created by clicking the "+" button in the Get Order field in the opportunity detail. is done. Information such as current account, address and project entered in the opportunity are transferred to this order record. As in other screens of Workcube, the "Reference Number" field always contains the document number of the first record. The number of the opportunity is displayed in this Reference Number field in the order record. When this order record is transferred to the invoice and delivery note, the document number of the opportunity will be displayed in the Reference No field.
