Guide to Creating a Protein Employee Portal (PEP) Page
The process of creating Employee Portal (PEP) on the protein infrastructure; It consists of site definition, access settings, page creation and design steps.
1. Creating a New Site Definition
📍 Protein > Sites > New Registration
Domain field is filled in
👉 Example:DepoManagementThe site title is entered in the Title field
👉 Example:Warehouse Management ScreenIf necessary, the Detail field is filled in
💾 Save button is pressed
📌 With this process, the basic site infrastructure of PEP is created. happens.

2. Making Site Access Settings (PEP Activation)
📍Site > Definitions > Access Tab
This step is the most critical step to ensure that the portal works as Employee Portal (PEP) ⚠️
✔️ PEP option is marked
📌 After this process, the site is now evaluated within the scope of Protein PEP.

3. Creating a Page for PEP
📍 Protein > Related Site > Pages
➕ A new page is added and the following fields are filled in:

4. Page Design (Designer)
📍 Page > Designer Tab
In this area, the visual and functional design of the page is made 🧩
🧱 Design Steps
➕ Add Row
➕ The column structure is created with Add Col
Widgets are added to the page by drag-and-drop from the Widgets panel on the left.
💾 After the design is completed, it is saved with Update/Save.

5. Access via Workcube
📍 Via Workcube Menu > Add-ons > Protein > Enter the Protein PEP menu

The created site is, Appears as a card on the Protein Apps screen
👉 Example: Warehouse Management Screen

Pages created under the portal are listed
