Construction is a sector where many stakeholders such as employers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers work at the same time, where continuous variables such as revisions, addendums, additional work and price differences are managed, and where data such as bill of quantities, exposure and progress payments are intense. In Workcube project management, all information about a construction project is displayed together and all activities and records related to construction projects are managed from a single center. Project; The projected cost within the specified period is achieved by producing acceptable results by using the resources provided to the project at the anticipated performance/technology level effectively and efficiently. Project management; Using labor, material, time, money and communication technology resources; It is the set of activities carried out in accordance with the determined time, cost and performance criteria by carrying out the definition, planning, leadership, monitoring and completion works.

Project Listing
New projects can be added on the Projects page, saved projects can be viewed on the listing page, details can be accessed and updated. Arriving projects on the list page depends on the Main Action Category authority. If there is no authority in the Main Transaction Category, projects related to that category will not appear on the list page. It also provides a summary report with the filtering options available on the page. Excel, word etc. directly on the page. can be obtained.

Projects: Project Name comes with a link, when clicked, it directs to the project detail page.
Category: The main transaction category selected in the project comes.
Company: The Corporate Account to which the project is affiliated comes.
Officer: The officer selected in the project details comes. The Officer field can be selected as an in-house employee or a Corporate Account employee.
Start-End Date: The project is based on the Actual Start/End Date defined in the detail.
Stage: The stage of the project, that is, its status, is displayed.
%: Indicates the completion percentage of project-related jobs based on the Project start and end dates. For the correct result, the completion percentages in the job details must be entered.
Project Adding and Update
Project adding and updating pages have the same structure. The definitions entered here both describe the project and determine where the project will affect the system or by which persons/branches it will be visible, and where authorization checks will be made. Especially in the course of the project, the dates of the project are important.
- Category: The main category in which the project will be located is selected. It is added through the Main Process Categories under BPM.
- Process: In order to manage project operations, first the process is defined and then the stages are defined. Stages; It is the operation of an authorization-approval mechanism where certain users are given certain powers.
Hint: For detailed information about the processes, you can review the "Process Management and Workflows" document. - Project Name: The project name is determined. The equivalents of the project in other languages can also be entered by clicking the dictionary button in this area.
- Project Number: The number of the project is determined. If the number is not written, the system automatically assigns a number.
- Planned Start/End Date: These are the start and end dates of the project planned in the calendar.
- Actual Start/End Date: The dates when the project actually starts and ends.
- Contract Start/End Date: These are the validity dates of the main contract of the project.
- Project Type: It is the choice of type that classifies the project. Project type can optionally be broken down into Upper/lower.
- Contract Number: It is the number of the main contract to which the project is related.
- Project Folder: The project folder containing digital assets related to the project is added here.

- Goal: The target of the project is in this field. is defined.
- Work Group: The workgroup to which the project is affiliated is selected here.
- Cost/Revenue Center: The project can be connected to a cost/income center here. Thus, the center where financial transactions related to the project will be processed is selected.
- Company - Authorized: The company to which the project is affiliated is selected. The company's representative automatically appears in the Authorized field.
- Officer: The project officer/leader is selected. This user will be responsible for the course and management of the project.
- Related Project: If there is, the project to which the project is related is selected.
- Warehouse - Location: If there is a warehouse - location associated with the project, it is selected from this field.
- Estimated Budget - Cost: The total budget and cost of the project. These fields are entered in the desired exchange rate.
- IRelated Product: If the project is defined as a "product" (e.g. a salable villa type), it is selected here.
- Branch: The branch to which the project is affiliated is selected from this field.
Hint: Company If "Project Control on Branch Basis" is selected in the Flow Parameters, only users authorized to the branch selected here can view this project. - Sales Region: Selection of the sales region of the project can be made here.
- Country, Province, District: The country, province, district where the project is carried out or is related to these areas. is selected.
