Sales Quotes
With the Workcube Sales Quote Module, sales personnel can prepare high-quality, customer-specific offers. Sales offer; It is the document you will share with customers before the sales transaction is completed. Although the content of this document may vary depending on the type of work you do, it shows the product to be sold, the type of service, quantity, customer information and the requested fee. This document usually has a validity period.
The offers prepared in the offer module may consist of sections such as an introduction page, main offer page, price quotas, sales tools, and answers to the questions of the customer to whom the offer is made. An unlimited number of additional pages can be added to the proposals.
Pre-prepared templates for proposals are used to ensure that proposals are always prepared in accordance with the corporate identity. Payment plans specific to offers can be prepared. The sales history of the customer to whom the offer was made can be easily accessed. Follow-ups, events and documents related to offers are recorded and tracked centrally.

Sales Quotes Registration Screen
- Title: Specify title information (quote name) for the proposal.
- Customer: Select the customer to whom the offer goes.
- Authority: Depending on the selected customer, the relevant authorized person appears automatically.
- Seller: The name of the person who created the document appears automatically. If the seller is a different employee, you can change it.
- Reference Number: It comes from the place where the offer was created. For example, if this offer consists of an opportunity, the document number of that opportunity will appear in the reference number field.
- Sales Partner: In this field, the business partner with whom you will act together in evaluating the offer is specified. For example; Dealer
- Special Definition: You can select the special definitions you have prepared for your offers from the parameters in this field. These definitions vary between companies.
- Probability: The probability of accepting the offer is entered.
- Offer Date: The date the document was created is entered automatically. Use the icon next to it to change it.
- Shipment Date: Specify the date for the shipment of the product/service you are bidding on.
- Delivery Date: Specify the date you can deliver the product/service you are bidding on.
- Validity: The date on which your bid will expire.
- Related Offer: If there is another offer related to this offer (may be an offer that has expired for the same product/service), you can specify it.
- Country: Select the country where the member you will make the offer is located. The country must be defined.
- Process: State the stage of the process regarding the proposal. Processes vary between companies.
- Shipment Method: Specify the shipping method for the product/service specified in the offer content.
- Payment Method: Specify the payment method that will be valid for your offer.
- Project: If there is a related project, use this field. is selected.
- Campaign: If your offer is within the scope of a campaign, specify the relevant campaign in this field.
- Sales Region: Focus sales region is selected.
- Description: A description about the offer is entered.
- Delivery Location: Specify the delivery location for the products you bid for.
- Job: If there is a related job, it is selected from this field.
- Reference: You can select the member who made the referral process.
- Authority: The official dealing with the offer is selected.
- Additional Information: Additional information about the offer is defined in this field.
Public: Check this box to publish the offer over the internet.
Partner: Submit the offer over the intranet. Check this box to publish.
Tip: You can convert the opportunity into an offer from the relevant opportunity or create a new offer.
Using the basketball area is as follows;
Basket To add a product, click on the "+" icon at the beginning of the basket row. A list of products will appear. From here, select the products one by one by clicking on their units. You can also add products to the basket by typing the stock code, barcode or serial number and pressing the "enter" key.
You can change the quantities manually. Then click the "Save" button.

Add Additional Page: If there are details about the offer, they are defined in the additional page field.
Convert Sales Orders: There is more than one function to convert the offer into a sales order. This place is one of them. You can convert the offer into a sales order from this field.
Convert Installment Sales: From this field you can convert the offer into an installment sale.
Expense Detail: These are the expenses at the offer stage. For example; If the customer was taken out to dinner for the offer, the expense can be entered in this field.
Follow-ups: A follow-up note regarding the offer is entered.
Member Information: You can view the information of the member to whom you made the offer in this field.
History: Change/update information made in the opportunity record.
Offer Details: When you click on this icon; You can view or add documents related to the offer, view or add analysis about the associated member. You can view transactions related to the offer (in the process), guarantees, relevant competitors and competitor prices. With the help of other links, you can view additional information of the offer, relevant warnings and perform operations such as printing, saving, adding a new delivery note.

Filter Options
- Filter: Allows search by offer number or subject.
- No: It allows searching by Offer Number.
- Process: Filtering is done in line with the stages of the offer. For example: Approved offers
- On Document/Row Basis: If more than one line is added to the offer and each line is different from each other, they can be listed on a line basis for detailed filtering.
- Date: Filtering can be done between certain dates by giving the start and end date.
- Sales Partner: Offer When giving, the selected sales partner is selected. The offers of the relevant sales partner are listed.
- Sales Maker:The selected sales person is selected when making the offer. Offers of the relevant salesperson are listed.
- Sales Special Definition: Special definitions that are predetermined in the parameters and used in the offers can be selected.
- Customer: Selection can be made from the Customer field to list the offers of certain Clients.
- Project: Specific To list offers for projects, selection can be made from the Project field.
- Product:To list offers for a specific Product, selection can be made from the Product field.
- Sorting Type: Listing is done as Ascending/Descending. For example; Decreasing by bid date
- Method: Bids can be given by the site or through tenders and are listed here by selecting the method.
- Probability: Each bid has a probability rate and this data is entered in bids. Listing can be done in this direction. For example: 90%, that is, offers with a high rate of realization may be wanted to be listed.
Columns
- Row: Relevant sequence number
- No: Offer number
- Order: Indicates the order number to which the offer is linked.
- Revision Number: If the offer has been revised, it shows the relevant revision, that is, the version of the offer.
- Date: Indicates the date of the offer.
- Subject: The title given to the offer appears in the subject field.
- Company: The short name of the current account selected in the offer appears.
- Amount/Currency Amount: Shows the amount and 2nd foreign currency of the offer.
- Currency: The amount and currency of the offer. Returns the selected currencies in the 2nd foreign currency amount.
- Seller: Shows the selected seller field in the offer. If access control is made according to sales areas, the offers of whoever is selected in the sales area will be received.
- Project: The project selected in the offer will be received. If different projects are selected in the proposal lines, listing should be done on a line basis.
- Opportunity: The opportunity number to which the proposal is linked is displayed.
- Method: The method selected in the proposal is displayed.
- Probability: The probability specified in the proposal. income.
