In project management, all information about a project can be seen together and all activities and records related to the project are managed from a single center. For businesses that produce/sell goods and services on a project basis, product-based sales and implementation of options such as applying risk and balance controls to make these sales are made through project connections.

Things to be done before use;

Current's risk and work Clear account limits must be defined in the information.
Brand selections must be made in the product details.
The price lists to be used must be defined.
XML settings of the product popups must be made.
Arrangements must be made in the basket templates.

In order to use the project links actively, first the project links in the project details must be made. Regulations need to be made in this field.

Current Account: The current account selected in the project appears automatically.
Price List: Project links work together with price lists. In order for the links to work actively in the relevant transactions, a price list must be created and selected here.
Category: The product categories that are to be offered for sale in the project are selected. In this way, a different product range can be used for each project. During the sale, only products belonging to the product category selected here will be displayed, not all categories in the system.
Brand: The brands that are to be offered for sale in the project are selected. During the sale, only the products of the brand selected here will be included, not all brands in the system.
Hint: If both the product category and brand are selected, the products that will appear in the basket will appear if the relevant category and brand are defined in the product. Product category works as and brand, not or brand.
Product List: In the project, individual product selection can be made instead of product category or brand. For example; A limited number of prototype products can be offered for sale at certain dealers or dealers.
Payment Method: The payment method that will be valid for the project is selected.
Start/End Date: The date range in which the specified conditions will be valid is selected.
Discount 1, 2, 3, 4, 5%: Discount rates indicate how many discounts are desired to be applied. For example; if the rate is entered in the discount 1 70% and discount 2 20% fields. First, a 70% discount is applied, then a 20% discount is applied to the final total.

After all these selections, the conditions are determined for it to be valid.

Risk Control: It is based on the open account limit defined in the member risk and work information.
For example; if the order amount exceeds the given open account limit, no order can be received.
Connection Balance Control: In addition to risk control, If you want to check the balance of the connection, it is marked. If it cannot be checked, it allows the order to be taken even if there is a balance.
Product Control: If a selection has been made in the product list, this box must be checked.
Link Member Control: The current account and also the project are selected for orders. If this box is checked, the client selected in the order must be the same as the client selected in the project.
For example; It should be selected if separate project connections are run for each client. But the same project links can also be used in certain member categories. If the structure is in this direction, it should not be selected.
Price List Control: It checks the price list selected in the order product popup and the price list selected in the project link. If this box is checked, the price list selected in the order product popup must be the same as the price list selected in the project.

After project connections, arrangements must be made on the order screens.

Risk status and project connection checks should be made in Page Designer > Basket Structure > Basket General Information, Version 2 should be selected from the General Information basket mode field.
If the order is to be delivered with the price list selected in the basket, select "Project Connection Price List Selected" in the product popup xml settings. must be set.

Orders can be placed after the project links and order basket structure are arranged.
