System management includes various functions to ensure that the company operates smoothly on Workcube. These definitions and operations should be made by Workcube experts.

Utility

Path: Control Panel > System > Utility

With Utility functions, you can transfer and enter bulk data in different modules. Utiliy will make your Workcube experience easier and enable you to complete some transactions faster. Bulk transactions and transfers, especially ERP, HR, CMS and System module functions, are possible through this page.

Parameters

Predetermined parametric values are used on Workcube pages. These parametric definitions are made on the parameters page. For example, VAT Rates, Position Names, Titles are examples of parametric definitions. These parameters are not used just once, they are used continuously within the system.

Workcube Upgrade

Path: Control Panel > System > Maintenance > Workcube Upgrade

Workcube Release of database table and column differences It includes functions such as troubleshooting using Objects (WRO), pulling current Workcube Objects, and updating languages. Workcube Data Services can also be accessed here. With the data service, certain parametric definitions can be automatically imported into the system.
