Risk and Guarantee
Open account limit, deferred payment limit, blocking transactions, DBS limits, guarantees and enforcement transactions in different currencies for customers and suppliers are defined and monitored through the Risk and Guarantee Module. Risks related to financial and commercial activities are identified. These definitions are; Based on the records made, it ensures that operational processes operate in accordance with these risks.
For example; Not recording orders in cases that exceed the limits with process definitions, not passing orders through the approval chain, etc. functions can be provided. In this way, orders received from a customer whose open account limit is full can be automatically sent to the upper management for approval. Similarly, suppliers may have set limits. Guarantees are taken or given depending on these limits. Letters of guarantee, bonds, mortgages, etc. Collateral documents received or given are also tracked through this module. Current accounts are restricted from using limits on the block tracking transactions screen, are blacklisted in cases of non-payment, and are reported to customers and suppliers who are subject to enforcement by recording enforcement proceedings. 21.1.3.13. Executive Report
Workcube Enforcement Report shows the amount of enforcement and alimony deductions for employees in the organization within certain date ranges in the relevant payroll period and the remaining amounts in their relevant files, along with the enforcement office, file number, and bank iban information to which the deduction will be paid. It is a report containing the amounts to be paid during the payroll period, on a monthly basis, branch and department breakdowns, such as identification numbers.

With the Direct Sales System, the seller collects the invoice amount directly from the bank after selling the product. The bank makes this payment from the credit limits defined in the account of the dealer it will purchase from.

With the blocking process, the customer is prevented from performing any transactions on the system.

In case of not being able to collect the sales price on time or at all, companies develop strategies specific to their own institution.
