Top Level Units
You can define top level units on companies with the Organization section. Top-level units can be useful for group companies and holdings, as well as for different structures to which the company or companies will be affiliated. For example; If you have more than one company and some of them are in the health sector and the other part is in the service sector, you can define a top-level unit called "Health" and "Service" for companies in different sectors and connect the relevant companies to these top-level units.
- Show in Organizational Chart: If this box is checked, the defined top-level unit will be displayed in the group leadership chart.
- Name: The name of the top-level unit is specified in this field.
- Hierarchy: You can specify the code appropriate to the hierarchy you will establish in your organizational structure.
- Top Management: If there is a group to which the top unit you have added is affiliated, it should be specified in this field. If the superior presidency is specified in this field, the unit you add will appear in the group chairmanship chart depending on the unit specified as the superior presidency. If not specified, the group you add will appear as the superior presidency. If there is no child unit belonging to the added parent unit, this unit will appear as a matte color in the group leadership chart.
- Explanation: You can write the information you will specify for the created unit in this field.
After specifying the necessary information, click on the "Save" button to create the upper level unit.
You can update the top-level unit you have added by changing the previously specified information. If you click the "Update" button after changing the information you want on the update screen, the information you last specified for the added higher-level unit will be valid. To delete the top-level unit you have added, you can use the "Delete" button on this screen.
NOTE: If there is another unit or company connected to the top-level unit, the "Delete" Button will not appear.
