Role and position information is one of the most important areas for Human Resources users.

Roles and positions;
Depending on the organizational structure created in Workcube, it refers to how many positions (seats) there are in your departments, independent of the employees. Before defining roles and positions, determining how many positions your department needs depending on the workload is important for the reports you will receive from the system in the future.

Attention:
The Master option displayed on the left in the screenshot above must be selected for employees who have only one position. Otherwise, the person in this position will be prevented from entering the system. If an employee has more than one position, one position must be selected as master. This means the priority position for that person and the position where he/she enters the system.
Users can instantly change their positions if they wish, from the Settings > Authority and Interface area. In this way, they can follow process and workflow notifications on a position basis.

Note: Positions work according to authority groups. In other words, for each position you are assigned to on Workcube, that position must be included in an authority group. It is not possible to switch to a position that is not included in an authority group.
Let's explain the screenshot below as follows;
After the Roles and Positions are defined independently of the employee, they are associated with your employee who should be in the relevant position, and the positions that are the 1st Supervisor and 2nd Supervisor of this position.

If the relevant positions are associated with an employee, it will be displayed as "Position Name – Employee".
Type: After a person working in the relevant position leaves the job, the relationship with the position must be removed. The position will appear when you list vacancies. When you hire a new employee for this position, if you associate the position with the employee, you will start him/her with the same authority and responsibilities and you will not have to re-define each new employee.
Unless you remove the departed employee from the position, it will be reflected in all your position-based reporting as the position will still be occupied.
