Nonconforming Product Report
Raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products that do not comply with the specified specifications in all production stages after entering the production facility, and even in all processes until the product is shipped from the facility, are called nonconforming products. Preventing, recording and evaluating the use of inputs, semi-finished products and products that do not comply with the specified standards by identifying them with the necessary markings are done with the non-conforming product form. In this way, all stocks that go through quality control processes and are identified as non-conforming products as a result of quality control are checked through the Non-Conforming Product report.

In order to get healthy results from the nonconforming product report, quality control procedures must be carried out, the quality control result must be entered and the nonconforming product form must be filled.
- Quality control definitions, quality performance, source of nonconformity, etc. parameters must be defined.
Hint: For the settings that need to be made, you can review the "Product Quality Control Definitions" document. - For products whose quality needs to be monitored, the quality control box should be checked in the product detail and the necessary quality criteria should be entered.
- Quality control results must be entered. Entering quality results varies depending on the process performed and can be entered on more than one page.
- From the relevant document details; Production result, delivery note etc.
- Sales-Distribution module Quality Control Transactions work function
- Production module Quality Transactions work function
- Performance criteria must be entered in the quality results.
- Non-conforming product form is entered. After the performance criteria are entered, the Non-Conforming Product Form opens on the top right.

After all definitions are made and the non-conforming product form is filled out, mass checks are provided through the report.

Tip: Products whose non-conforming product form is not filled will not be included in the report.
