Corporate and Individual Account Accounting Definitions
Accounting definitions of transactions with customers and suppliers such as purchase, sale, payment, collection, advance, guarantee should be made.

What is expressed in the pictures above are as follows;
- Enter the details of a member and select the Other option,
- Accounting Working Click on Period.
- Enter the accounting period definitions you want to authorize
"Priority" refers to the period to be processed in the system. In the "Detail" section, the accounting code groups to be given are opened.
What are Current Account Types?
The "Current Account Type" determines which accounting account the transaction amount will be written to in purchase, sale, payment and collection transactions.
Current Account Type also serves to group current transaction records. Current statements of corporate and individual members can be obtained according to their current account types.
Current account types are as follows:
- Standard Account
- Purchasing Account
- Sales account
- Advance Received Account
- Advance Given Account
- Consignment Sales Account
- Guarantee Received Account
- Guarantee Given Account
- Issuance Registered Sales Account
- Issuance Registered Purchasing-Inward Transaction Account
Note: Current account types work by being set in transaction categories.
These definitions can be made from member details as well. You can also transfer in bulk via the Settings>System>Import>Member Accounting Code Import page.

The import file should be prepared in UTF-8 format in the area where you will add the transfer file above. The period from which the transfer will be made must be selected in the Period field.

With the Customer - Supplier module in Workcube, customers, prospective customers, suppliers, partners and even competitors can be recorded in detail in the system. When the number of these accounts reaches serious figures, a detailed, fast and effective reporting tool is needed. This need is met by the standard reports that come ready with the installation.
