Stock Detail
This is the screen where information such as all stock movements of the product, how much is in which warehouse, what are the strategies, etc. is accessed.
Path: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Product and Stocks > Stocks
You can also access the screens by clicking on the "Stock Detail" link at the top right of the relevant product's detail.

Summary information about that product is automatically displayed by the system on the left side of the stock detail section. On the right side, you can view information such as your product's stock information, order information, production information, shipment between warehouses, locations where sales cannot be made.
Unit: Stock quantities are listed according to the selections made in the Quantity and Warehouse fields. If no warehouse is selected, the total stock amount in all warehouses is displayed.
Actual Stock: Displays the amount of stock currently physically in the warehouse.
Sellable Stock: Displays the amount of stock that can currently be sold. Actual Stock + Placed Order Pending - Received Order/Reserve - Scrap Warehouse - Unsaleable Location - Production Orders Reserved + Production Orders Expected
Scrap Warehouse: Products considered as scrap are transferred to scrap warehouses and are prevented from being included in the salable stock. In addition, products in such locations can be sold while making the production plan and are prevented from being included in the real stock. Thus, scrap products are kept separately from solid and usable products.
Order Received / Reserved & Order Given / Pending: Information in these fields is transferred to the stock detail from the sales and purchasing modules.
Production Orders / Reserve & Production Orders / Expected: Shows the status of production orders.
Inter-Warehouse Shipment - Imported Goods Receipt: Shows information about the shipment of imported products to warehouses
Non-Sellable Locations & Non-Sellable Locations (Pending Order Placed): In Some Locations, the "No Sales" option can be selected. When this option is selected, the stock amounts in those locations are displayed here.

The stock distribution chart of that product along with its variations is displayed with the "Total Stocks" icon in the top menu of the page.
The following operations are performed with the sections at the bottom of the Stock Detail page;

Stock Strategies
Stock strategies are the section that tracks and controls product stock changes and allows planning stock quantities. Each time a stock code is created in a product card, it is added and displayed as separate lines in the stock strategies section of the stock detail.
Each stock code line defined in the product card is automatically added to the Stock Strategies section on the Stock Detail screen. Inventory strategies must also be defined separately for each separate inventory item.

Stock Detail
You can see how much of the product is in which warehouse. You can perform the following operations with the help of marked icons;
Spec Statuses: You can check the spec statuses of the stock.
Movements: This icon directs you to the movements of the relevant stock. Movements of the product on a transaction or warehouse basis can be viewed.
Locations: On this screen, you can see the quantity of the product in which warehouses and locations.
Give a Production Order: By looking at the quantity of your stock in the warehouse-location, you can order the production.
Alternative Products
If an alternative product is defined in this field, the stock information of that alternative product is displayed. This field comes based on XML. If you wish, you can remove this XML by selecting "No" in Control Panel > System > Page Settings. For detailed information about XML Settings, you can review the "Stocks XML Settings" document.
The following operations can be done with the help of the links at the top right of the Stock Detail page;

- Transactions: All movements of that stock can be viewed in the Transactions section. For detailed information, you can review the "Stock Movements" document.
- Product: You can access the product card from the Product sectionsection. When you want to make any changes about the product, you can update it using this button.
- Spec: In this section, stock tracking is done on a spec basis.
- Locations: In warehouses, you can view the stock quantities in the locations within the storage areas as a separate list on this screen.
- Product cost and cost history are displayed in the Cost section. For detailed information, you can review the "Stock Costs" document.
- In the Prices section, you can see standard buying and selling prices, last buying and selling prices, etc. is displayed.
Feedback
This is the screen where information such as all stock movements of the product, how much is in which warehouse, what are the strategies, etc. is accessed.
Filtering by Lot and Shelf
Added/Edited Function: Lot and shelf based filter has been added to the ERP > Sales - Distribution > Product and Stocks > Stock List business function. When selected, lot and shelf columns appear.
Benefit: By selecting Lot and Shelf, the processed products can be reported on the stocks screen.
Stock Detail Production Order Expected Information
Edited Function: The situation that caused the total quantity of production orders not to be displayed in the expected quantity of the production order in the stock detail has been resolved.
