How to Make BA - BS Notifications?

Documents subject to BA and BS in Workcube are determined through transaction categories. In the BA - BS report, there are two lists: Selling transaction type and Buying transaction type, from which we can make multiple selections of transaction types with buying characters and selling characters.

Buying transaction types are selected for the BA notification, and Sell transaction types are selected for the BS Notification. If any of the following filters are not used, the system lists all transactions without separating the amount and current account in all selected transaction types.

- Customer : Corporate and Individual Accounts account selection can be made.
- Amount: Lists currents that are equal to or above the entered amount. For example, if the amount field is defined as 5,000, the total amount between the relevant dates < 5000 olan cari hesaplar listelenmez.
- Tax Number: Allows filtering by tax number.
- TR ID Number: Allows filtering according to the Turkish ID number defined in the sales information of Individual and Corporate Accounts.

- Start - End Dates: Lists the documents whose transaction date is between the specified dates.
- SCT - OIV - VAT Show : It also brings the selected tax amounts of the relevant documents in the list.
- Get It brings only one of the currents with the same tax number in the list.
- What to Notify: According to the notification that came into force on 1/7/2021, documents issued electronically will no longer be reported in BA-BS forms. All documents issued electronically and on paper will be evaluated together and documents over 5,000 TL will be reported. When the "Notification To Do" checkbox is checked, only paper documents are listed among the documents whose total Paper + Electronic document amounts are greater than or equal to 5,000 TL Sent documents are also included in the list.
Question
How are paper invoices and e-archive invoices made separately in Purchase Character transactions?
- There is an e-Archive checkbox in the Purchase Invoice, Expense Slip and Fixed Asset Purchase Invoice forms. If this checkbox is checked, the relevant documents are checked. If this checkbox is not checked, these invoices will be considered as paper invoices.
Sample Case
Armani Foreign Trade between 01/02/2022 - 23/02/2022
- 4800 TL. It has a total of 3 BA Certificates: e-Archive (or e-Invoice)
- 200 TL Paper
- 50 TL paper
by ticking the checkboxes including E-archive and E-invoice. Let's list it.

As can be seen in the list, a total document amount of 5050 TL is listed. Because the total of paper invoices and e-Archive documents corresponds to 5,050 TL.
In the next stage. "Let's tick the Notification To-Do Checkbox. When this checkbox is checked, the "e-Archive included" and "e-Invoice included" checkboxes cannot be checked.

When the Notification checkbox is checked and the search is made, only paper Amounts are listed as above. In the example above, the system performed the following operation;
Is Paper + e-Archive + e-Invoice = greater than or equal to 5,000 TL? If the calculation is yes, two paper invoices of 200 and 50 TL are listed.
Accordingly, within the relevant period, paper documents exceeding the document amount of 5,000 TL via electronic invoices were detected and notification was made to the relevant clients.
