Agriculture Case Study

Case

All production steps of a company engaged in organic production, from agricultural production to business and customers, are controlled and organized. In this context, the following operations are carried out.

  • Before Purchase

Seeds - advances - drugs are distributed to contracted producers (the producer information of our contracted producers must be entered into the system)

  • Purchase (Lot No)

The products are harvested, and the harvested products are purchased according to the quality criteria. (Detailed information is created on the basis of the manufacturer. Detailed information: name - code - id no - product name - product quantity - product price - product quality - organic, conventional information - yield - stock market analysis - external laboratory analysis result). After the purchase, the advance-seed and drug costs are deducted from the price and amount. The purchase price is formed and shipped to the raw material warehouse.

  • Raw Material Warehouse

The products enter the raw material warehouse, the lot number is created, and the warehouse location is determined.

  • Production

According to raw material quality criteria, raw materials are produced for stock or sale (customer). The amount and waste amount of the final product that can be created in different production lines (A-B) are determined, and the product goes to quality control again. If the product quality criterion analysis result is appropriate, the product will be the final product, otherwise, it will be a semi-finished product and the product will be processed again. The final product (packaging type and the amount are flexible according to customer demand) is packaged. Products processed into stock can be mixed and reprocessed according to customer demand, and a new product and a new lot number can be formed. Products in the final warehouse can be reserved according to customer demand.

  • Sales

Annual sales contracts with customers must be entered into the system, the loading plan must be entered into the system, and they must be entered into sales with criteria such as price - quantity - quality.
