Receipt Merging Transaction Groups
When performing voucher merging, transaction groups must be selected in order to combine vouchers of the same type (Offsetting, Disbursement, Collection, Opening, Closing) into a single voucher on the specified date. These transaction groups are opened with the Workcube Receipt Merge Work Groups screen.

Note: Vouchers of the same day, separately It is recorded by taking the journal number. Merging can be done for these vouchers.

Created transaction groups are listed by clicking on the search button. The transaction group name and transaction type information are displayed in the basket area.

The transaction groups created with the pencil icon at the end of the line go to the editing screen. Control and update operations are carried out. You can go to the registration screen with the plus icon.

Attention: In order to create transaction groups, account plans must be defined in the system. When creating charts of accounts, complex structures should be avoided and care should be taken to keep the chart of accounts simple and understandable. - Transaction Group Name: The name to be given to the transaction group is determined.
- Transaction Type: Accounting slips to be combined are selected.
- Starting/Ending Account: Account selections are made for which accounting vouchers you want to open a transaction group for.
Note: If you want to merge vouchers with the created transaction group in the future, voucher merging can be performed without entering the transaction group.
