Bank Account Openings
Bank Account Opening in Workcube; It is used to enter the opening balance amounts of bank accounts defined in your system or newly defined.
Path:ERP > Finance-Accounting > Bank > Account Opening
On the account opening page, we see the new registration screen.

- Transaction Type: The relevant transaction type is selected for account opening. Attention: Transaction category definitions must be made in order to select the transaction type definition. You can read our article titled "Bank Transaction Categories" for definitions.
- Bank/Account: The bank and bank account to be opened are selected.
- Debit/Credit: Whether the account balance to be opened is debit or credit is selected.
- Amount/Other Foreign Currency Transaction: Amount for the account. is entered. According to the currency selection on the right, the amount of the foreign exchange transaction is automatically brought by the system.
The bank account opening is displayed on the Bank Transactions screen.
Path: ERP > Finance Accounting > Bank > Bank Transactions
On the Bank Transactions screen, the records made according to the desired options in the filtering field are displayed. Document Number, Account Type, Registration Date etc. All records of account openings can be viewed by making selections in the fields or by selecting "Transaction Type: Bank Opening Slip" in the marked field directly in the visual.

In the field indicated by the red arrow at the bottom of the screen, the Total Debit/Credit Amount for the bank account opening of the listed records is followed.
Attention: You cannot change the bank account on the account opening record. Only the amount can be changed on the record.
You can print out the amounts of your bank accounts in Excel, Word, PDF from the area specified in the image below and share them by e-mail.
