Fund Flow Statement
Fund flow statement is one of the financial statements that show the financial resources provided by a business in certain accounting periods and the places where these resources are used. Audit and analysis operations are carried out periodically with the Workcube Fund Flow Table screen.
Path: ERP > Finance Accounting > Accounting Statements > Fund Flow Table
Attention: Make sure that the definitions of the Fund Flow Table are made. The table does not come without definitions. You can read our "Fund Flow Statement Definitions" document to get detailed information about how the definitions are made.
List Screen

In the search section, you can select the relevant date and search by branch. As a result of the selections, the fund flow table appears on the list. Total fund usages are displayed at the end of the list.
When you want to save the table, the table can be archived by naming it with the archive button. The table can be archived every few months.
The table can be exported with Excel. It can be produced as a PDF, sent by e-mail and printed out.
Note: More than one fund flow table cannot be created, a fund flow table is created by making a one-time definition.
Fund Flow Table - Archive
When it is desired to save the table in the relevant period on the Fund Flow Table screen. It is saved by naming with the "Archive" button. Stored fund flow tables are listed on the Fund Flow Table-Archive screen.

Note:Instead of saving the table to Excel, it would be healthier to store it in the system in terms of audit and control.
Periodically archived and stored tables. Thanks to this, analysis and control steps are facilitated.
