Workstation Cost Center Reflection Ratio Transfer

Workstation is the area where a given job on the production line is carried out by machines or workers. In Workcube Workstations, upper and lower station definitions can be made hierarchically . Workstations are connected to work centers. At the same time cost centers and reflection rates are entered in the opened stations.

In order to transfer the cost center and reflection rates to the stations, a file in the appropriate format is created and transferred to the system. On the right of the screen, there is helpful information regarding the details of the file to be created.

At the same time, the format of the file to be transferred can be seen by downloading the Sample Product File. If a file suitable for the format cannot be created, the system will not transfer your file to the system with a warning message.

Product Tree Import

By creating a product tree for the products to be produced; Information about the quantities and supply times of the materials to be used in the production of the product is entered and information on how long it will take to supply the product before it is produced is displayed.

Caution 2: Before saving the product tree to the system, it must be ensured that all consumables, raw materials, semi-finished products and the product itself to be used in the product tree are defined in the system.

With the import screen, the components of the product tree are recorded in the system collectively. More than one product product tree can be defined in the file to be transferred to the system.

Product Tree Station Definition Transfer

They are special production units on the workshop or factory floor where production processes take place. Station definition must be made for each job where the production stages of the product will take place. Instead of entering these stations one by one, the transfer screen provides the opportunity to save the system collectively.

The information that should be in the file and the mandatory fields are given on the screen. If the file is created in accordance with the format, transfer is achieved without any problems.

Employees who are not on duty at the workstations cannot view the work orders defined for the workstation on the operator screen.
