Content Management Parametric Definitions
There are Content Management and Digital Archive modules under the CMS solution. Parametric definitions of these modules vary for each business.

With the Workcube CMS solution, content can be produced for both intranet and extranet, and data can also be digitally archived. Parametric definitions are used to classify and categorize content and digital assets. The internal dynamics of each business are different, so digital transformation can be fully realized with a correct classification by defining the parameters properly.
There are 3 parameters under the Content Management module.
Content Categories
The first parameter to be defined is the content categories. All content written and saved on the system belongs to a category.
When defining a category, it must first be selected whether this category is related to the home page, literature or training screens.
Then the title of the category, its image and link, if any, are added.
After selecting the language of the content category and the company to which it applies, the content category is selected. can be defined.

Content Sections
After categories are created, these categories can be divided into subsections. For example; Content sections such as Rules, News, Announcements can be created under the Internal category.

Design Settings
It is possible to upload designs to the system.

As well as Content Management, the same There are also 3 parameters under the Digital Archive module.
Digital Asset Categories
Many types of digital assets can be added to the system. These can be sales documents, human resources documents, and finance-related assets. All digital assets must be classified into certain categories.

File Formats
The file format of the digital asset uploaded to the system is according to the parameter definition made on this page. can be selected.

Content and Document Types
In addition to the Digital Archive module, this parameter definition is also used in the Content Management module pages.
Content and document types must be defined by selecting authorized users of the system. Unauthorized users of this type cannot change content and digital assets or add anything to this type of system.
