Responsible Change
With the Workcube Responsible Change screen, position changes of the employees assigned as responsible, such as category responsible change, product supplier change, are made.

Note:A new responsible person cannot be appointed on the registration screen, only a change of officer can be made.
1. Change Product Category Manager
The person assigned to the product categories is changed. You can read our article titled "Assign a Product Manager" for the process of assigning a new responsible person to the categories.
First of all, the new position of the employee is selected, then the employee is selected and saved.
2. Change Product Supplier
Supplier selection is made in the product details. A new supplier can be assigned to the products by selecting a mass change of the account selected as the Supplier for the products within a certain date range.
3. Change Product Manager
The responsible person assigned to the products is assigned to a new employee within the selected date range.
Attention: If changes are to be made in all fields on the screen, save the changes separately after the change. should be done.

4. Active Opportunities Change Sales Employee
A new officer is appointed to manage the opportunities. The employee who is selected as an officer for opportunities will be selected as an officer for more than one opportunity. Changes are made in bulk. The process of changing the responsible person for a specific opportunity is changed in the detail of the opportunity screen. 5. Active Orders Change Sales Employee
Sales employee is selected for sales orders and purchase orders. An employee change is made as a sales employee. Changes can be made within a certain period of time by entering the date range.
6. Active Offers Change Sales Employee
The employee assigned to ongoing offers is changed. Whichever employee's job will be changed is selected. The recording process is carried out by selecting the employee who will be assigned to the task.
