Authority Management
Workcube is a role-based system. Each user has at least one role/position. Special privileges are defined for each user. Menu, module, WO-page, company, fiscal year-period, branch, warehouse, transaction category, process phase-workflow, digital asset groups, authorization groups, main transaction category, GDPR authorizations and record restrictions are the subject of User Authorization Management. What users can do on Workcube varies depending on the permissions given. An entry-level employee, a senior manager, as well as non-company users work together in the common area with the settings made in the user authorization management.
In order for the user to log in to the system, the user must have company, fiscal year-period, and branch authorizations, module authorization or Wo-page authority to view the modules, and certain authorizations such as warehouse, main transaction category, transaction category, process stage-workflow, etc., which vary for each page, in order to make records in the system. Authorizations are specially adjusted, from the first module authority to the last particle, field-based, that is, Wo-page authorizations. The important point is "Who should take on which roles in which transactions?" is the answer to the question.

14.4.1. Processes Collective Authorization
Workcube works with modules that run with processes, and therefore it is necessary to be authorized in the processes to use the modules. Employees are provided with access rights to processes on a company basis via the Processes Collective Authorization screen.
17.1. User Authorization Reports
In the User Authorization Management module, users' authorization reports and reports containing their authorizations based on module, process and transaction category can be obtained. Thanks to these reports, it can be learned which users have what kind of privileges on the system. Users with less or more authority are identified and the users' authority is arranged accordingly.
14.4.2. Position Types Bulk Transaction Authorization
Workcube offers its users the opportunity to bulk authorize on a position basis with the Position Types Bulk Transaction Authorization screen.
14.6.2. Admin Authorization
The Admin Authorization screen is used to grant admin authority to system users in Workcube.
14.6.1. Role Based Page Restrictions
It is used to restrict the viewing, adding-updating and deleting permissions of the desired screens depending on the user group and position type.
