Warehouse All Stock Report
In Workcube, storage areas are categorized as warehouses, locations connected to warehouses, and shelves connected to locations. Likewise, products can be divided into main groups and subgroups by proceeding in a hierarchical structure. With stock tracking, the quantities in warehouses become of great importance in purchases and sales. Regular warehouse checks and counts help reduce costs while increasing efficiency.

Stock movement of products is provided from purchase-sales invoices and/or delivery notes. If "Make Stock Movement" is checked in the transaction category, these movements will reduce or increase the quantities in the warehouse. Therefore, stock status as a result of these transactions; It affects the quantities in the warehouses by decreasing to positive stock or negative stock. The actual stocks available are tracked with the All Warehouse Stock Report.

- Filter:Individual searches can be made according to the desired product name or stock code.
- End Date:Lists the stock status until the selected date.
- Stock Status: In Stock Those that are out of stock, Negative stocks, Negative and zero stocks, All Stocks
- Department (Warehouse): Warehouses defined in Warehouse and Space Planning. Here, the warehouses whose quantities are desired to be displayed are selected.
- Main Group: Main product category is selected.
- Subgroup 1:A sub-breakdown depending on the main product category is selected.
- Subgroup 2:Main product The breakdown of the sub-breakdown depending on the category, that is, the 2nd sub-breakdown, is selected.
After the desired selections are made, the listing is made.

Data comes dynamically in line with the selected criteria. The report is based on the actual stock quantities in the warehouses and shows the quantities in the selected warehouses. At the end of the line, it gives the total stock amount of the warehouses.
