Saved (Archived) Reports
For Custom Reports, reports created after the report is run, that is, by freezing the data of a specific moment, and stored for later reference are called Saved Reports. These reports differ from dynamic reports that are generated instantly because their data is static, that is, they reflect the situation at the time they were created and do not change subsequently.
Importing a report into the saved archive is like taking a "photograph" of that report. This photo contains all the data (e.g. stock quantities, sales figures, financial statements) on that day and at that time. Even if the data in the same report is updated in the future, the archived copy remains in its original form. In this way, historical analysis and comparison can be made and support the decision-making process. In summary, saved archive reports are a reliable record of key moments in your business' history and serve as an invaluable data repository for your future strategic decisions.
