Definition of Credit Card Payment/Collection Methods
Credit card payment and collection are among the functions offered by the Workcube Bank module.

Fields and explanations on the page;
Active: It must be selected to appear in the Payment Methods options.
Bank Pays Immediately: If this option is selected, even if the number of installments is entered in the payment method. A single cash entry is required for "Credit Card Account Transfers". If not selected, a record will be assigned to the account transfer day every month, equal to the number of installments. This option should be chosen according to the company's desire to track account transfer transactions of the company using Workcube.
Partner\Public: If it is a payment method that you want to use on the screens of your partner\public websites that you manage from Workcube, you should use these options.
Payment Method: It is used for the name you will give to the payment method. The same number of payment methods should be opened for a bank, depending on which payment methods will be used. Also different account\commission\number of installments etc. If it will be diversified, it should be multiplied in that number.
Account: You must select the bank account with which you will associate this payment method. During the account transfer process, accounting transactions are made according to the accounting account of the selected bank account.
Virtual POS Type:For whichever bank's virtual POS payment method is defined, that virtual POS type must be selected. Currently, only the banks we work with are defined. If it is a payment method you want to use on the Virtual POS screens, you must select the Virtual POS Type.
Number of Installments:The number of installments to be used in the Payment Method must be entered. For Single Withdrawal transactions, "0" can be given or left blank.
Account Date: It should be entered according to how many days after the date of collection transaction you want the account transfer transaction to be written. Transfers to the account proceed on a monthly basis. If you want to use it outside of 30 days, the day of transfer to the account is specified. 30 Days + Account Transition Days (30 + 10 = 40) Installments will progress in 40 days.
Tip: The number of account transition days is specified. The first installment will be paid for the specified number of days, and the remaining installments will continue monthly.
VFT Code: It is only used for Different Maturity Sales for Yapı Kredi pos. When you want to initiate such an application with your bank, you must obtain the necessary information and VFT code from your bank. You can use it by opening new payment methods according to the commission rates and entering this code.
Bank Commission Rate:Payment. If the method is used, you must enter the rates at which your commission transactions with the bank will be calculated. Commission amounts are calculated according to this rate in collection and account transfer transactions. It is not the rate reflected to the customer when withdrawing from his card. The commission account here is no longer used, commissions will be kept in the account of the selected expense item when transferring to the account, it can be selected for informational purposes only.
Card Collection Commission\Rate:Card Collection Commission is used in 2 places. The first is that when making a direct payment from the Virtual POS screen in the finance menu on the partner portal, it adds a commission to the amount entered by the customer and reflects it to the customer and deducts this total amount from his card. It can be entered in the partner portal if it is desired to be used for extra information to the users.
Card Collection Commission Account: If Card Collection Commission and Card Collection Commission Account are selected together, when performing credit card collection transactions on the employee portal side, it calculates the entered amount according to this entered commission and adds the current account receipt to the selected accounting account.
B2B Commission Multiplier\Product:B2B i.e. In the partner portal, it calculates the amount of the order according to this multiplier during the order finalization phase and adds the possible commission product selected with this commission amount to the order.
B2B Commission Rate:This rate is entered on the order finalization page for display purposes only, it is not included in the calculations, and is shown for partner users if desired.
B2C Commission Multiplier\Product:B2C, that is, the public portal, during the order finalization phase. It calculates the amount according to this multiplier and adds the possible commission product selected with this commission amount to the order.
B2C Commission Rate:This rate is entered on the order finalization page for display purposes only, it is not included in the calculations, it can be shown for end users if desired.
Accounting Account: To which accounting account the Credit Card Collection transaction will be recorded. amount.
All Virtual POS transactions you make from the Partner\Public or Employee portal add a Credit Card Collectiontransaction to the system and create the Account Transfer Transactionlines. You can apply edit\delete\canceloptions to these collection transactions from the Workcube screens. You can make changes to real POS transactions on the bank's side from the user screens regarding the user information given to you by the bank. Virtual POS transaction does not offer any integration for later. You can comparatively track your transactions in the bank and in Workcube yourself.
