Customer Visits and Meetings
Analyzing customer requests, listening to complaints, payment problems during collection periods, new sales opportunities, product-service promotions, etc. Customer visits and meetings are held for various reasons.
As competition increases day by day, customer loyalty decreases, and alternatives increase, it becomes difficult to ensure customer continuity and gain new customers. Continuity is ensured by a close relationship with customers or potentials.
In Workcube, visits are used with the visit business object. For the use of the Visits business object, process definition - authorization, parametric definitions and data entries must be made.
Process definition - authorization; Control Panel > BPM > Processes > Visit Process page. All standard processes have been defined in Workcube. If there are stages other than registration in the process to be used, they should be defined. Authorizations are given by adding users to the stages.


What is expressed in the screenshot above is as follows;
- After recording the relevant stage, you can check the actions you want from this stage in the check-boxes.
- You can define the employees who will be authorized for the processes with the + icon.
- You can add authorized positions.
- You can add employees who will receive warnings and approvals.
- You can also register the employees who will be informed in case of a situation at the stages, to the system.
- Parametric definitions are made under the Customer Management heading under the CRM heading on the Control Panel > System > Parameters page.
Reason for Visit
It is used to group the reason for the meeting to be held in visit planning. Weekly routine visit, project inspection, sales order, meeting, general visit, etc. It is used by making definitions.

Visit Result Categories
The results obtained after the meetings can be classified according to the reasons for the visit. Deficiencies were identified and reported to the project manager, a weekly routine visit was made, it appeared to be successful, a new order was received, the customer is not interested in the company, the sales conversation will continue, the customer is generally satisfied, etc.

What is expressed in the screenshot above is as follows;
- The planned visit name is entered,
- With the definition of authorized branches, sales teams in different branches can be prevented from seeing each other's visit plans.
- Within the specified date range. visits can take place,
- We can choose who can see our visit,
- Customers to be visited can be planned with the details of the person to be interviewed and the reasons for the visit.
Visit Result
As the planned visits take place, the person who visits can be planned. Users can create results related to the meeting. The costs of the plans can be reported by entering the expenses related to the visit.
