Workcube Construction
Construction is a sector where many stakeholders such as employers, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers work at the same time, where continuous variables such as revisions, addendums, additional work and price differences are managed, and where data such as bill of quantities, exposure and progress payments are intense. Disorganized data and manual processes; It leads to loss of control, budget deviation and progress payment disputes. Workcube Construction is a sectoral solution that gathers geographically dispersed construction sites in a single center and provides integrated management of the project life cycle, from proposal/exploration to contract, from planning to site and cumulative progress payment.

What is Workcube Construction? What does it include?
- Tender and Offer Management: Bid preparation, revision and scenario management are carried out through Discovery/BOQ; supplier/subcontractor offers are collected and compared, and the tender decision process is recorded.
- Contract Management (Employer/Contractor/Leasing/Purchase): Contracts are managed in a single structure; Item, condition and approval processes are standardized on the basis of contract model (Unit Price/Lump sum/Turnkey).
- Contract Scope, Responsibility Matrix and Financial Conditions: Contract scope is clarified on a work package/item basis; The duties, powers and obligations of the parties are defined with the Responsibility Matrix. In addition, financial definitions such as advances, guarantees, letters of guarantee, advance payment plan and progress payment plan are structured within the contract; The progress payment process is managed based on planning.
- Addendum and Change Management: Additional works, scope changes and price difference effects are tracked with versions; Traceability is ensured without compromising the contract history.
- BOQ (Quality Surveying) and Exposure Management: Reconnaissance list and exposure breakdowns are standardized; With the quantity surveyor-unit-description relationship, the basis of progress payment becomes a single and reliable data set.
- WBS and Activity Planning: The WBS structure (phase/site/discipline) and activity plan of the project are established; Work is managed in the correct breakdown for plan-actual tracking.
- Resource Planning (Labor/Equipment/Material): Labor, equipment and material resources are linked to activities; The feasibility and efficiency of the work program are managed through the resource need, allocation and usage plan.
- Planning Integrations (Primavera P6 / MS Project): Primavera and MS Project plans can be imported/data exchanged; activities, dates and progress data are associated with the contract-position-progress flow in Workcube.
- Digital Purchasing and Supply Processes: Procurement processes can be triggered through site demand or needs (activity/resource) depending on the project plan. Starting from planning-based requests from the construction site, offer collection/comparison, ordering, shipping and receiving processes are managed in a single flow; Bulk shipment/packing list/export processes are supported for overseas construction sites, and traceability is ensured until the shipment reaches the construction site, and deadline and cost control is strengthened. In equivalent product scenarios, product matching/updating can be done without disrupting cost tracking. In addition, order advances and invoice payments are tracked interconnectedly with the flow of payment request-payment order-bank instruction-transfer.
- Construction Site Actual and As-Built Records: Daily progress, measurement/evidence documents and As-Built (actual status) records are collected from the field; project data turns into a single source fed from the field.
- Manufacturing and Quality Management: Productions are tracked in a controllable and verifiable way in the field by associating them with WBS/activity and pose breakdowns. Within the scope of quality control, control plans, inspection-acceptance processes, field tests, non-conformity (NCR) and corrective/preventive actions are recorded; Approved productions are fed into the progress payment processes as reliable data.
- Progress Payment Management: Progress payments are managed with cumulative logic in accordance with the industry standard; Progress payment covers, work/sheet summaries, green book and period summaries can be produced from the system. Provisions (material advance/production with construction site stock) are monitored in a controlled manner, both according to the contract conditions and during the progress payment periods, and are reflected in the progress payment. Deductions (guarantee, advance, penalty, etc.) are calculated automatically according to the contract rules; It is managed with manual deduction entries when necessary.
- Reconciliation and Objection Processes: Progress payment approval, reconciliation and objection steps are recorded; the process becomes transparent and the risk of disputes is reduced.
- Reporting and Control (Plan-Budget-Actual): Actual costs, progress and progress payments are monitored based on the planned cost and budget; Deviations are detected early and action is taken. Under Earned Value Analysis (EVA), Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV) and Actual Cost (AC) are produced; from here Cost Performance Indicator (CPI), Schedule Performance Indicator (SPI), Cost Variance (CV) and Time Variance (SV) are calculated. These indicators are monitored at the WBS, activity and project level; Additionally, cumulative trend reports and periodic performance and progress analysis are made.
