My Travel Requests
Workcube My Travel Requests is a function where travel information, assignment including travel, advance payment information, event information, personal travel preferences, meeting/conference to be attended and approval transactions can be made for the employees in your organization.

Attention:This function of Workcube can only be used by employees you authorize.
Travel Requests Creation
To create a travel request, the "+" icon must be clicked on the page.
The purpose of this page is for the employee who will go on a trip or on an overseas mission to enter and record detailed information about where, why and how they will go to the system. A per diem record can be added to the employee through the relevant travel request.


1. Name and Surname: Name and surname appear automatically.
2. Registration Number: Registration number is automatically provided by the system.
3. Position: This is the field where the position(s) defined in the system are selected.
4. Department: Department(s) are selected.
5. Country of Destination: Selection of the country to be visited.
6. City to Go: Selection of the city to go to.
7. Hotel Use of Superior Title: This is the field where the hotel use of the superior title personnel is selected.
8. The Person with the Highest Title to Travel With: This is the department where the senior manager to be traveled with is selected, if there is one.
9. Reason for Assignment: This is the section where the reason for assignment is selected.
10. Domestic Travel: The check box regarding domestic travel should be ticked.
11. Travel Type: This is the section where the travel type is selected.
12. Project: This is the area where the project is selected.

13. Start Date: Bselection of the start date.
14. End Date: It is the selection of the end date.
15. Total Task Days: It is the number of days between the start and end dates. If the relevant fields are selected, they appear automatically.
16. Vehicle Request: This is the field where the vehicle request is selected.
17. Reason for Request: Reason for request is selected.
18. Visa Requirement: This is the area where the visa requirement is selected.
19. Requested Flight Class: The aircraft class is selected.
20. Note:If you want to write a note about road assignment information, it refers to the area where it is written.
21. Hotel Request: It is the selection of hotel demand.
22. Hotel Name: This is the field where the hotel name is written.
23. Hotel Payment: This is the section where hotel payment is selected.

24. Travel Advance Request: This is the section where the travel advance request is selected.
25. Hotel Advance Request: This is the field where the hotel advance request is selected.
26. Is it necessary to pay an international exit fee?: This is the place where the international fee is selected.

27. Start Date: This is the field where the start date is selected.
28. End Date: This is the field where the end date is selected.
29. Note: Erefers to the area where a note about event information is written.

30. Flight Departure Date: Selection of the departure date.
31. Aircraft Return Date: Selection of the return date.
32. Note:If you want to write a note about personal travel preference, it refers to the area in which it is written.

33. Check Boxes: It is the selection of the vehicle to be used for travel.
34. Other: It refers to the field to be written if there is no tool to be used in the relevant check boxes.

35. Address: This is the section where the address is written.
36. Institution Website: This is the field where the name of the website is written.

37. Process: This is the section where the process stage is selected.
