Offset Voucher Registration and Update

- Date: The date on which the voucher is issued is selected.
- Transaction Type: The relevant transaction type is selected to cut the plug. Attention: In order to select a Transaction Type, relevant definitions must be made in the BPM > Transaction Categories field.
- Document Number: The document number is entered for the record made in the offset slip.
- Document Type & Payment Method: For e-Ledger, the type of document and the method of payment must be entered. For example; payment method can be check or promissory note.
- Current Account: The customer from whom the offset slip is issued is selected.
- Description: In this field, you can specify explanation/detail information about the offset transaction.

Accounting Code: Debit and receivable accounts are selected separately.
IFRS Code:If you check the IFRS code box, the IFRS code defined for the account you selected will be displayed.
Special Code: It appears if you check the Special Code box, you can specify a special code for informational purposes.
Account Name: The name of the account you selected will be displayed automatically.
Description:In this field, you can specify separate explanation/detail information for each line regarding the offset operation.
Project:If the offset transaction for which you have created a record is a transaction made based on a project, you can specify the relevant project in this field.
Quantity: If the offset voucher you created is a offset voucher based on a product or service, you can specify quantity information in this field.
Unit Price: If the offset voucher you created is a offset voucher based on a product or service, you can specify unit price information in this field. You can specify it.
Debit: If the offset voucher you created is an offset voucher created based on a debt, specify the debt information in this field.
Credit: If the offset voucher you created is an offset voucher created based on a receivable, specify the receivable information in this field. specify.
For example; If money has been withdrawn from the account, enter the relevant amount in the "Credit" field, and if money has been entered into the account, enter the relevant amount in the "Debit" field.
2nd Currency: The amount displayed in the second currency field is automatically adjusted according to the 2nd Currency unit selected in the accounting period.
Transaction Currency: If you check the Foreign Currency Transaction box, it will be displayed and the equivalent of the receivable amount in the selected currency will be displayed.
Currency: Currency of the amount you want to see in the Transaction Currency field.
Attention: The total amounts in the Debit and Credit fields of the accounts you select on the page must be equal to each other to ensure basic accounting equality.
