6.1.3. Physical Asset Embezzlement Transactions
This is the page where the physical assets given to employees in a business due to their duties are recorded. With this page, records are kept digitally and precautions are taken against the possibility of documents being lost.
Physical Assets
Machinery, buildings, motor vehicles, IT assets and other physical assets have a significant share in companies' costs. As businesses grow and their number of assets increases, their management becomes more difficult, causing investments to lose their economic and useful lives. In fact, due to the inability to track the fate and usage status of purchased or rented assets, rent, tax and insurance payments create a cost burden for companies as unnecessary costs.
