Basket is a component used throughout Workcube. It allows line-by-line records to be made in issuing purchase/sales invoices for products or services, recording sales and purchase orders, and many other objects.

Basket structure; In addition to fields such as costs, codes, quantities and quantities of the added products or services, there is a stock selection page under "General Information". On order, invoice, delivery note, stock receipts pages; Selecting the products defined in the product module and dropping them into the basket rows of the relevant record is done with the "Stock Selection Page". The selections coming here are essentially price lists. For example; While a 8-Labor spec special price sales list can be used in the sales order, a 9-supplier based stock strategy product list can be used in the purchase order. In fact, product selection varies depending on the structure of the document to be made and the needs of the users.

This is a stock selection pop-up designed to be used in purchasing transactions. It is used to quickly list the product cards that the corporate account in the relevant document is the supplier of. It also shows the status of the product in a column according to the stock strategies defined in the stock detail. In this way, before making a purchase, the product pop-up displays whether the stock is sufficient or insufficient, depending on stock strategies, and purchases are made accordingly.

Filter Options

Filter: Allows filtering according to product name, barcode, stock code, special code, manufacturer code, product description fields.
Barcode:When a value is entered in the filter field based on a field other than the barcode, you can also enter the barcode value in this field. It is used to filter.
Stock Code: Searches according to the product's stock code information.
Manufacturer Code:Searches according to the product's manufacturer code information.
Brand: Lists the products related to the selected brand.
Price List: More than one price list with current can be worked with. All price lists defined in the corporate account are sent. Search is made by selecting the relevant price list.
Category:Allows filtering by product category. If the parent category is selected, it brings all the subcategories of that parent category.
Supplier: Allows filtering according to the selected supplier field in product cards.
Sorting: Allows sorting by product name, stock code and special code.
Responsible:Allows filtering according to the selected responsible field on product cards.
Stock Status:Allows filtering according to stock strategy definitions. Options; Undefined, Overstock, Order, Sufficient Stock and Insufficient Stock.
Quantity: The value entered in this field is not a filter, when adding the product to the basket row, it assigns the value entered here to the quantity field in the basket. For example; After typing quantity 2 and listing, the product drops into the basket as 2 units.
Number of Records: The number of records defined by the user on the me page appears.
Product Features: Products are listed according to the variations in the selected product features.

Columns

Stock Code: Shows the stock code information of the product.
Special Code: Special code information of the product
Product: Product name information is displayed.
Price: The price of the product in the line defined in the price list on the selected document date is displayed.
Stock: Indicates the actual stock amount of the stock in the relevant line in the system. The actual stock amount is the physical amount of stock in the company's warehouses
Unit: By clicking on the Unit field, the product is dropped into the document lines. The main unit and additional units of the product appear in the Unit field. If the additional unit is clicked, it is calculated with the additional unit multiplier and sends the data to the line.
Status: Indicates the status of the stock according to the definition made in stock strategies. For example; Order, sufficient stock, excess stock
Detail: Provides access to detailed information of the product. General information of the product, stock information, stock strategies, additional information, alternative products, related products, cost, buying-selling conditions, etc. The information can be accessed via this link.

Product pop-up xml settings

Product pop-up xml settings vary depending on the selected stock selection page, that is, the price list. If "9-Supplier Based Stock Strategy Product List" is selected, only the following "XML" items will work in the XML settings. The product pop-up varies depending on the selected While some xmls work for both buy and sell transactions, some can only work for buy or sell types of transactions.

5-Should Automatic Filtering be done?
When this option is selected yes, it will list as soon as the page is opened. When No is selected, it appears blank and works when we click List.

The default selection in the sorting type filter.
