With the Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué No. 509, certain sectors and taxpayer groups are obliged to switch to e-Delivery Note application. E-Delivery Note application is an application that covers the arrangements regarding the preparation, electronic transmission, storage and presentation of the "delivery note", which is issued in paper environment, in electronic environment.
Within the scope of this regulation; Taxpayers who are obliged to notify the Market Registration System and who are engaged in the trade of vegetables and fruits as brokers or traders must prepare their delivery notes as e-Delivery Notes.
