Fixed Asset Transaction Categories
Transaction categories of fixed assets must be defined. After these definitions, the use of functions under fixed assets becomes possible.
You can define the transaction categories for the Fixed Assets module via the Control Panel > BPM > Transaction Categories page.


In the picture above, the following is expressed.
- Used to add a transaction category. The pencil icon is used to update the relevant category.
- It opens a pop-up to display the transaction categories we want to add,
- The opened pop-up presents the system-defined transaction categories we want to add.
- The relevant boxes are checked to indicate what kind of operations the Transaction Category will perform. It assigns records to the marked fields.
- It authorizes the transaction categories we have added for the authorized position categories we have defined.
- It authorizes the transaction categories we have added for the authorized positions we have defined.
- If a situation occurs in the transaction category, information is sent to the attached employees in the Approval and Warning tabs.

2.1.13.6. Conversion Receipt from Stock to Fixed Asset
With Workcube's Fixed Asset module, companies can accurately track fixed assets, which constitute a significant portion of their capital. The product in stock is recorded as a fixed asset asset with the "Stock to Fixed Asset Conversion Receipt" module.

Assets that are used in the execution of your business's activities and whose benefits last for more than one year constitute business fixed assets. These are lands, buildings, facilities, machinery and devices, vehicles, fixtures, etc. They can be and are called fixed assets.
