Workcube My Working Hours - PDKS Transactions; It refers to the area where the employees in your organization can follow the login button when they come to the workplace, and the exit button when you take a break or exit, and their positions between the relevant hours as well as the entry or exit times of the relevant day can be tracked through the system. Defining Employee Hour Information
- First, go to the employee's Roles-Positions details.
- Open the "Cost" box via the "Other" link in the tab menu.

- The amount for "Projected Fee/Month" is entered on the Opened Position Cost screen.
- Monthly and Daily Working Hours are defined.
- If requested, position cost calculations can be made by entering personnel salaries for monthly and annual methods in the table.

Attention: “Do not check time consumption” checkbox must be ticked. Otherwise, the function will not work correctly.
My Working Hours - PDKS Agenda Screen Controls
- Click on the Control Panel > Settings > Agenda button.
- The "Agenda" box that opens is located under the "HR Transactions" heading. "My Working Hours - PDKS" checkbox is ticked.
- After this process is completed, the "My Working Hours-PDKS" box will be active on the home page screen.


In order to use the My Working Hours-PDKS box correctly;
- The first thing to do is to allow Google location on the Workcube opening screen.
- Person definitions must be made.
- The employee must click on the login icon when entering, and the exit icon when exiting.
Note: The location icon opens the location of the employee on Google maps when he/she uses this area.

The purpose of the Workcube PDKS Status page is to track the daily start and end times of leave and visit procedures for employees in the organization and the number of leaves they take during the day.
