Screens can be rearranged in Workcube with the Page Designer screen. Editing is done by administrators. All elements on the screen (form elements, input, selectbox, etc.) can be changed, removed, or arranged as mandatory fields.

Path: Control Panel > System > Page Designer

Recommendation: Authorization can be given according to position types. It can be removed for mobile screens.

All pages run on a Page Designer "event" basis when the page designer under System is clicked on the control panel. For example; Invoice List, Add and Update pages are events of the Invoice business object (WBO). These three pages can be edited separately.

Page Designer

Note: Workcube screens have responsive feature and work on Bootstrap css framework. There are rows and columns on the screen. Each page is divided horizontally into 12 equal widths in Bootstrap. Columns can be up to a total width of 12 units. For example; The above page is divided into 4 columns, 3-3-3-3=12.

In this section, the name given to the page designer is seen. The interface can be translated into different languages by compiling S. For example; Page Designer Invoice: List
For example; In the image above, we see the Page Designer screen opened on the Purchase requests screen. Accordingly, when the search form button is clicked, the layout of the field that opens when you click more on the listing screen is seen. The layout of the listing table can be seen with the List Columns button.

If Accordion is selected from the Page type selections, the divided columns in the page layout will be seen as separator. The screen layout (Page Designer) is displayed. New arrangements can be made by dragging employee columns and rows with the authorized role-position.
Attention: Giving competence to Role-Positions, when you click on the settings button next to the rows, the position list appears. After the selections are made, the save operation is performed and the relevant position becomes authorized to make changes.
When the "Return to Default" button is pressed, the page returns to its original state. The "Save" button saves the changes made and rearranges the page. If it is a layout made for all companies, the "All Companies" box is checked.

Page Designer - Basket Structure

On the Page designer screen, the layouts of the relevant page are divided into list screen, new record screen and basket structure. In the basket structure layout;

Select which fields you want to display in the basket column.
Basket version,
The number of the popup to be used in the relevant basket,
Number of rows It is determined.
It is determined whether the selected field is a mandatory field.
With the Hide on Mobile option, it is decided whether it will be shown or not in mobile use.

Note: Each page may have different settings in the basket layout. For example; On the Products screen, there is an additional option to change/not change the product name in the line.
