Public e-Invoice
Taxpayers registered to the Revenue Administration e-Invoice Application can issue and send e-Invoices via the Revenue Administration e-Invoice Application on behalf of public administrations and their affiliated spending units that are within the scope of central government and use the New Expenditure Management System (MYS) developed by MGM.

The additional information that must be included in the e-Invoice documents to be sent via the Revenue Administration e-Invoice Application on behalf of the public administrations and relevant spending units within the scope of the central government is listed below.

Origin
Invoices to be issued to the public must be in the Public Invoice or Basic Invoice scenario. Only the Public Scenario should be used to apply controls for the Public Invoice via Workcube.
Things to be done before use;
Transaction Type
Path: Control Panel > BPM > Transaction Categories
In Transaction Category detail Invoice Type must be Sales, Scenario must be Public.
Corporate Account
Path: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier
TIN must be entered correctly in the Corporate Account detail. Web services are also available for adding and updating Corporate Members. If the TIN is entered correctly, the system will query and tick the Public box. There is no need for the user to mark it manually.
Type: The Taxpayer Transfer Report in the Standard Reports has been updated. While querying the Transfer Report, the Taxpayer will look at the Client's TIN and check whether it is Public or Private, and if it is Public, he will automatically tick the PUBLIC box.
Origin
Path:Control Panel > System > Parameters > Countries
The Country Code field is filled in country definitions. Country Code is not mandatory. If it is defined in the parameters and selected in the product detail, the origin field will be sent in XML. You can find the Country Code values in the list of ISO 3166-1-alpha-2 Country Codes .
Product Detail
Path: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Products
Once the Country Code is defined in the parameters, it is selected as Origin in the product detail.
Classification Code is defined from the GTIP/CPA Code field in the product detail.
Origin and Classification Code are not mandatory. If selected in the product detail, it will be sent in
Transaction Type: PUBLIC scenario is selected in the invoice. (Mandatory)
Bank Account: Bank Account is selected in the invoice detail. (Mandatory)
Classification Code: Defined as GTIP/CPA code in the product detail. (Optional)
Origin: Defined as Origin in the product detail. (Optional)
