Sales and Purchasing Agenda
Workcube has a user-specific home page structure. The first thing that greets the user when logging into the Workcube system is the "Agenda" page. The agenda page allows us to see every item we add as widgets when we first enter the home page. Due to the structure of the agenda page, there are Widget-Boxes side by side and one above the other. It is moved "top, bottom, right, left" as desired by drag and drop

Sales Additional settings can be made in the Agenda
Orders Received, Offers Made, Today's Sales and Opportunity Applications fields so that users can only view their own records or view everyone's records. HR - HR > Planning > Role Planning > Roles - Positions > If "Only View Their Own Records on the Agenda Screen" is selected from the Settings > Additional Settings tab in the employee's position detail, the employee will only view his own records. If not selected, it displays records according to the Widget-Box structure.
Orders Received, Offers Given, Opportunity Applications and Offers to be Given affect the "Should Listing According to Micro Region Code?" selection in the XML settings. When 'Should Customer Access Control Be Made According to Sales Regions?' is selected in this selection and Company flow parameters, the Widget-Boxes on the home page activate access control according to the micro region code. The employee can only view customers, customer orders, etc. in his/her own micro-region code. displays records.
Received Orders (Sales Order)
Widget-Box where sales orders created within the sales module and placed within the last week are displayed. Records are listed as twenty per page and pagination is done. Depending on the "Sales Orders" selection in the XML settings, orders with open or closed stages are listed. If no selection is made, the standard structure is also displayed.
Offers Given (Sales Offers)
The last 20 sales offers, one day before and one day after, are listed. (Time and minute are taken into account when the page is entered.) The receipt of offers is based on the person who recorded and/or updated the offer or the person selected as "Seller".
Opportunity Applications (Opportunities)
The last 20 active registrations made during the day are listed.
Best Selling Products
Best selling products are based on sales delivery notes and the total quantities on the sales delivery note. retrieves and lists 5 product records. If working with more than one unit, the base unit is the Main Unit.
New Products in Stock (New Stocks)
Widget-Box where the product, stock code and barcode information of the products entered into the stock are displayed. Products with 0 or negative stock are not included in the goods receipt, etc. When imported with transaction types, products with positive stocks are listed.
Purchasing Agenda

Orders Placed (Purchase Orders)
Widget-Box where active purchase orders created within the Purchasing module and whose order date is "Today" are displayed. Records are listed as twenty per page and pagination is done. Order dates are sorted from newest to oldest.
Received (Received) Offers
The last 20 purchase offers with the purchase offer date "Today" are listed. In order for the offers to be received, the person who recorded and/or updated the offer or is selected as "Employee" is taken as basis. Incoming offers are sorted from newest to oldest.
Products Reaching the Reorder Point
Widget-Box where the products arriving at the reorder point are listed and displayed. It works in pagination format and lists ten records per page. It has Product, Quantity and Total Stock columns and is listed by product name. When the amount of stock left in the "Reorder Point" field in the "Stock Strategies" basket remains in stock, the product becomes available for reordering. For example; When a product whose reorder point is entered as "30" falls into the specified stock, it is included in the list of products reaching the reorder point.
Overstock Products (Excess Stocks)
The product is included in the "Maximum Stock" defined in stock strategies. If it is greater than , it comes to the list. and excess stocks are displayed in this way. It works in pagination format and lists ten records per page. There are Product, Sales and Stock columns.
Shipment Orders
Widget-Box where the orders given for the shipment of the products ordered in the system are listed and displayed. There are Order No, Title, Current Account and Warehouse columns. The order must be “Active” to be listed. If the order date is today or earlier; For example: If the page was accessed on 29.05.2024, it covers the date 29.05.2024 23:59 and before. “Shipment-Logistics Orders” in the There are “Product, Stock Code, Barcode and Main Unit” parameters. Five products are listed and do not paginate. Records are listed with the most recently recorded product at the top.
