By using this module, companies can manage transactions such as buying, selling, and replacement requests for company vehicles in all their branches from a single center, and control price proposals and vehicle sales transactions.

This module covers topics such as "Purchase Request", "Selling Request", "Replacement Request", "Return Request", "Request Search", "Price Proposal", "Vehicle Sales" related to company vehicles.

Purchase Request

Path: PAM > Assets > Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Purchase Request

You can view vehicle purchase requests from any branch of your company here.

Process field shows your authorities regarding purchase requests.
In the example on the screen, it appears that there is initial registration authority for Purchase Requests. For other process definitions (such as Approval, Order), you cannot take action without authorization. Definitions in the Process field are made on the Control Panel > BPM > Processes page.
Vehicle Type definitions; This is done from the System > Parameters > Physical Assets > Physical Asset Categories page.
Purpose of Use definitions; System > Parameters > Physical Assets > Purposes of Use page.
Brand / Brand Type definitions; This can be done from the System > Parameters > Physical Assets > Brand Types page.
The Pert Plate field can only be filled for wrecked vehicles. The vehicles you have deactivated will arrive.

Sale Request

Path: PAM > Assets > Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Sales Request

Return Request

Path: PAM > Assets > Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Return Request

You can manage the vehicle return request from any branch of your company here. Return Request works the same as “Sales Request”.

Replacement Request

Path: PAM > Assets > Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Replacement Request

You can manage the vehicle replacement request given from any branch of your company here. On the Page opened for the vehicle for which the Sales Request is made; The fields at the top are the same as other request pages. At the bottom, the information of the old vehicle and the vehicle to be replaced is defined.

Claim Search

Path: PAM > Assets > Motor Vehicle Management > Claim Search

The Claim Search page allows you to filter through all claim records.

Price Proposal

Path: PAM > Assets > Motor Vehicle Management > Price Proposal

From this page, you can register a price proposal for company vehicles that have been requested for sale and view previously made price proposals.

You can search for price suggestions using the filtering fields at the top of the page.

Click on the “+” icon to make a price offer for vehicles for which a Sales Request has been made.

To update your suggestion, simply click on the “Update” icon at the end of the line of your suggestion.

Type: Max. and min. looks at the price. Sales cannot be made below or above these values.

Vehicle Sales General Information

Path: PAM > Assets > Motor Vehicle Management > Vehicle Buying-Sales

Allows you to manage the sales transactions of vehicles belonging to your company. Among the vehicles for which you have registered a sales request, those for which Price Proposal has been registered are displayed on this page. Requests without a Price Offer will not be received.

You can search using the filtering fields at the top of this page.

You can update the sales information of the vehicles that have been sold by clicking the icon next to the relevant record on this page.

If payment has been received or transferred, you must check the relevant boxes. After making the necessary changes, you will complete your transaction by clicking the "Update" button.

Type: For vehicles that have not yet been transferred, the listing will appear as a sales request even if the payment is marked as received.
