Corporate Account Contact Persons
Customer-Supplier module functions are used to register potential customers and suppliers with which an institution wants to have a relationship, to recognize the interlocutors, and to track all relationships and communications with customers and suppliers. Contacts, that is, employees, are recorded in the "Contact Persons" section in the details of the registered clients. These contacts are listed on the “Corporate Account Contacts” page.

Listing Page
When searched according to the selected filters, all contacts will be listed at the bottom of the page. Contacts are listed with Role, Company, Department and Contact information.
Contact Person Details
When you click on the employee name, you will see the details of the contact person.
- Personal Information: Personal information such as name, surname, e-mail and telephone number are included.
- Position Information: The contact person's information such as duty/position, title, branch, department are recorded. From xml settings, collar type, associated branch etc. information can be opened.
- Identity Information: The employee's TR ID number, date of birth and gender information can be recorded. If the xml setting "TR Identity Number Inquiry" is selected as yes, it becomes mandatory and accuracy inquiry can be made.
- Portal Integration: If there is portal integration on Workcube, settings such as username, password, timeout period, clock setting and language can be entered.
- Entry-Exit and PDKS Information: If the corporate account is a subcontractor. If it belongs to the company and payments are made to the company through the employees, the employee's entry-exit information and PDKS information are recorded.
- Contact Information: The contact person's address information such as country, city, district, district, neighbourhood, address and postal code are recorded. The contact person has some important preference fields;
- When I do not want to receive e-mails is selected, e-mail cannot be sent to the person in campaigns or similar situations.
- If I do not want to receive voice calls is selected, voice calls cannot be made to the person.
- I do not want to receive SMS box must be checked manually; This option is not automatically checked.
- Send E-Archive Emails If checked, electronic invoices will be sent to the registered e-mail address. e-Archive e-mails can be sent to more than one contact person. For this purpose, this box must be checked for the persons to be sent.
You can perform the following operations in the fields on the right;
Corporate Member: By clicking on this button, you can view the details of the corporate member to which the relevant contact is connected.
Surveys: When you click on this button, the person's survey information opens as a popup.
Personal Information: More detailed personal information about the person is added on this page. For example; Such as marital status, educational status.
Hobby: This page is the page where the contact's hobbies are displayed and checked.
Other: "Additional Information", "Page about the employee under the link Restrictions” and “Authematic”. In the Authenticator section, you can type more than one password and check their activity and inactivity status.
From these fields on the right side of the page, you can define a Photo for the employee, add Notes and Documents, enter Analyzes, check Site Access Rights, Card Number information and Employee Information.

Certificate Association
Added/Edited Function: HR - HR > Recruitment > Recruitment > If Corporate, Individual and Employee Connections are selected under "Employee and Individual Connection" in the CV job function, the certificates issued in these fields are displayed.
What needs to be done for use: Establishing relationships in the CV detail is sufficient.
Benefit: In this way, the certificates issued are displayed. It is now possible to display it not only in the certificates tab but also in other areas.
Corporate Account Contact Persons Position Arrangements
Added/Edited Function: Function, Collar Type, Related Branch, Related Position have been added to the xml settings on the employees page of the corporate account in the ERP > Sales-Distribution > Customer-Supplier > Corporate Accounts business function.
Usage: The fields to be used must be opened by selecting Yes from the XML settings. and Process areas
Benefit:When subcontractor employees wanted to be managed as contact persons of the corporate account, there was no structure to enter detailed position fields such as employees. New fields have been added to enable detailed information entry and reporting, such as employee cards.
Site Access Rights - Authorization Group
Added/Edited Function:
An authorization group has been added to the site access rights on the Contact Persons Detail page.
Usage:
Customer-Supplier > Corporate Accounts > Contact Person Detail
From the site access rights field, access is given first to whichever site you want to grant access to.
After access is granted, there is an authorization group field on the right side. opens. The relevant authorization group is selected here.
Benefit:
In this way, users on the site are allowed to perform transactions within their authorization.
Partners and Certificates
- Certificates box has been added to the Corporate Account Contact details.
- When you go to the certificate registration screen, the "Certificate Field" field is filled.
- An update button and a renewal icon have been added to the box.
- The certificate name and validity date are displayed in the box.
