PDKS List
PDKS is the abbreviation of Personnel Attendance Control System. With PDKS, the times and dates when personnel enter and leave work can be tracked, so whether each personnel arrives at work on time or late or leaves work on time or early can be determined through this system.
You can follow employees' working days and holidays along with their dates from the PDKS List screen. You can create a new record by clicking the "+" icon;
The record you created will be displayed in the PDKS list as follows;
Things to Check Before Personnel Attendance Control Application
The following definitions must be made to the relevant employee on the HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Payroll and Payroll > Wage Allowance page;
- The employee's shift type is selected from the Shift section.
- PDKS form is selected.
- Not Connected: PDKS does not take into account.
- Connected: PDKS takes it into account.
- Fully Connected Time: Branch-based PDKS takes the entered data into account on an hourly basis.
- Fully Connected Day: Branch-based PDKS takes the entered data into account on a day basis.
- Shift System: If the shift system is defined, takes the shifts you make into consideration.
- If the entry and exit controls of the employees will be carried out through the Personnel Integration Management or Import option, the ID in the PDKS system should be entered in this field.
Personal entry and exit times should be defined on the HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Attendance and Control > Shifts screen. It is necessary to define the deduction of lunch and break from the daily working hours.
HR - HR > Personnel-Payroll > Attendance and Control > Working Hours screen, SSI Workplace Working hours must be defined in the system and weekly leave definitions must be made.
