Exams
Exams can be prepared for participants in Workcube with the Exams screen. Exam times, scores, questions can be edited and the results can be checked.
Exams can be prepared with the Workcube Education Management module. Users can participate in these exams via the intranet according to the classes they are in.
For example, if an internal training is planned, the participants are tested by taking the exam after the training. Those who successfully pass this exam are included in the certification process. Depending on the user's discretion, training management can also be provided via an extranet portal.
Attention: Before working on the Training Management module, it must be ensured that user permissions are complete. Again, the processes and parameters associated with this module must be defined correctly.
On the exams listing screen, all exams registered in the system are displayed. It is possible to list these exams by filtering them according to departments and account types.
Also, the results of the exams can be checked on a row basis.

Click the "+" icon to add a new quiz/test. The new exams registration screen will appear.

- Test Title: Enter the name of the exam/test from this field.
- Exam Type: Exam type is selected from this field. Type: Exam Types can be set on the parameter page.
- Curriculum: Exam syllabus is selected from this area. To add a new Curriculum, the Education > Education Management > Curriculum section can be used.
- Category: The category of the exam must be selected. Depending on the selected category, selections will appear in the section field. Categories are defined under LMS in the parameters.
- Section: Selections will be made in the subject area according to the selection made in the sections. Sections are defined from the parameters.
- Topic: Exam topic can be selected from this field. Information in this field comes from the Curriculum page.
- Process: Tests-The process step related to exams is selected from this field. In order for the test to be completed by users, the Publication stage must be selected.
- Start Date: BThe release dates must be defined together with the times.
- End Date: Start dates must be defined along with their times.
- Success Comments: Comments can be added to the test results according to the percentage of correct answers given by the participants to the exam questions.
- Purpose: The purpose of creating the exam is briefly written in this field.
- Type: How the exam screen will be viewed by the participants is explained in this field.
- The maximum number of questions that can be included in the exam is defined.
- The number of times a person can repeat the exam is defined.
- Random Question: It ensures that the questions in the content of the exam are displayed in different orders for each participant. This option is valid when the test type is marked "Questions consecutively and Q&A consecutive".
- Success Limit: Those who take the exam are classified as Successful and Unsuccessful based on this score, and the value entered in this field creates the Success Graph on the Test Result screen.
- Refer to the question. Custom Duration: When this option is checked, the total duration field will be inactive. Question-specific durations can be determined separately for each question from the add question window. In order for the question-specific time option to be selected, the Test Type definition must be questions sequential or question-answer sequential.
- Total Time:When the total time option is selected, the duration of each question will be equal to the number obtained by dividing the total time by the number of questions.
- Question Specific Score: The sum of the points determined for the questions added to the test determines the total score of the test.
- Total Score: When the total score option is selected, the score of each question will be equal to the number obtained by dividing the total score by the number of questions.
- Who Should Take It: Which participant group can complete the test is determined in this field. The appropriate Corporate Member, Individual Member, Employees or Position types are selected.
After saving, the detail screen will open.

- Exam Name: This field contains the name of the exam. To add questions, there is a "+" button and a magnifying glass button next to the name of the exam. A new question can be added from scratch with the "+" button.
- Question: The added question can be updated or removed here.
- Add from Question Bank: Thanks to this button, if a question bank has been created, it is possible to automatically add questions to the exam by selecting a question from here.
- Add New Question: Questions to the exam. This is used to add questions.
- Results: The results of the participants who took the exam are located here.
When the add question button is clicked, a popup as below opens. First, the active box of the question must be checked.
The category, section and subject sections appear automatically because they are related to the exam. Question and question description are entered, duration, score and, if a question with options is prepared, the number of options are selected.
It is possible to save and add a new question automatically.

Note: If the test has been solved by any participant, on the Test detail screen;
- Update Test,
- Add New Question,
- Question from Question Bank Add,
buttons will not be displayed. Therefore, the test will not be updated and questions will not be added. In addition, the warning "Update cannot be made because there is a user participating in this test!" will appear at the bottom of the test title on the test detail screen.
The test results screen is as follows.

- Exam Participants: The exam's success limit score, total questions and correct answer average are included here. Which questions the participants answered correctly and the score they received can also be learned here. If an open-ended question has been answered, the instructor can mark that answer as correct or incorrect here. Thus, the score received by the participant is revealed.
- Questions: Question-based answers can be examined here with the percentage of correct answers. If no one has taken the exam, it is possible to add questions with the "+" button here.
- Success Graph: Successful and unsuccessful exam results are expressed in this graph.
After the exam is created, users can take the exam from the Intranet > Exams page. On this page, the user can see the scores of the exams he/she has taken, and if the exam allows retaking, the user can take the exam again. It is also possible to see the success limit and average scores in the boxes.

When you take the exam, the general time or the time given per question is displayed on the top right. After finishing the exam, the user can get their results instantly.

Feedback
Open-ended, single answer, multiple answer, video answer option, etc. It enables the creation of timed or online exams in different formats.
Exams - Duration
Added/Edited Function:The problem in adding and updating the LMS > Training > Training Management > Exams job function has been fixed. An arrangement has been made regarding the total duration of the exam.
