Packages
WAY: ERP > Sales-Distribution > Shipping-Logistics > Packages

- On the Packages page under Shipment - Logistics, a new packaging record can be created to track the process of properly assembling the product to be delivered to the customer by clicking the "+" button at the top of the page.
- With the "Search" button on the page, the products to be packaged are listed.

1 - Process: Indicates the process to which the package belongs.
2 - Related Process: Selection for other processes to which the package is related, such as Order, Production Result.
3 - Associated Document Number: Indicates the number of the document to which the package is related.
4 - Current Account: This is the account where all transactions between you and your customers and suppliers are collected for that order.
5 - Authorized Person: This is the person authorized about the transaction.
6 - Project: It is used to indicate the project that the order is within the scope of the package.
7 - Package Number: This is the number given to the package to ensure tracking of the packaged products.
8 - Package Type: Indicates which type of package the products will be delivered to the customer. We can update the package type as Corrugated Cardboard Box, Envelope, Bag, Large Box, Parcel, depending on the need.
9 - Entry Warehouse: Indicates the warehouse where the product will be supplied and packaged.
10 - Max Volume-Max Weight: Indicates the maximum volume and maximum weight of the products to be included in the package.
11 - Related Documents and Notes: By clicking on the Related Documents and Notes section We can ensure that the procurement phase is completed in a more controlled and accurate manner by adding our notes and documents regarding packaging, if any.
12 - Order: By clicking on the Order section, we can check all the details and ensure the correct flow of information by being directed to the Order page of the packaged product.
13 - Packaged Products: Indicates the products to be included in the package. In this section, the quantity, amount and stock status of the products can be checked.
14 - Total Quantity: You can check the total amount of packaged products in terms of weight here.

Packaging Procedures are included in the bottom section of the packaging detail page. From the Service Item section in Packaging Operations; By selecting stages such as Wooden Pallet, Corrugated Box, Unloading, Strapping, Loading, Labeling, Shrinking , the processes the package has gone through can be kept track of and tracked.
By using the packaging page, the products to be delivered to the customer are tracked in a planned and efficient manner within the supply chain, ensuring that the products are made suitable for delivery to the customer.

With the Packages page under the Shipment - Logistics section, it is ensured that the product produced and ready to be delivered to the customer is brought together appropriately.
