Current Transfer
Used to record transactions between current accounts. In case the receivables of one of two different Current Companies are collected from the debts of the other, or the debts of one are assumed by the other, a Current Account Transfer is made.
Path: ERP > Finance Accounting > Current > Current Transfer

- Transaction Type: The relevant transaction type is selected for the transfer record. Attention: In order to select a Transaction Type, relevant definitions must be made in the BPM>Transaction Categories field.
- Debtor Account: With the transfer transaction, the debtor current is selected.
- Credit Account: With the transfer process, the creditor current is selected.
- Document Number: Current Document Number is entered for the record in which the transfer is made.
- Debit-Credit Amount: Amount of transfer to be made between the clients. is entered.
- Debtor-Creditor Subscriber Number: If there is a debtor and creditor current, subscriber information is entered.
- Debtor-Creditor Project: If the current transfer transaction is carried out for the project process, project selection is made.
- Debtor-Creditor Branch: Branches to which the transfer transaction is connected.
- Transaction Date: The day the transfer is made is selected.
- Debit-Credit Payment Date: The date on which the debit-receivable amounts will be paid after the transfer is selected.
- Debtor-Creditor Physical Asset: If there are debtor and creditor current assets, physical assets are selected.
Current Transfer record is listed on the Current Transactions screen. Path: ERP > Finance Accounting > Current > Current transactions

Just as a single transfer transaction can be performed on the Current Viran screen, multiple transfer transactions can be performed on a single screen with the Bulk Current Virus screen.

On this screen, the transfer process is completed by selecting the clients to be transferred and entering the transfer amount.

Since the debit-credit balances of the relevant clients will change after the current transfer, this movement in the clients will be shown in the current account statement of the relevant clients. It is reflected in debit-credit balances. Path: ERP > Finance Accounting > Current > Current Statement
