Places and Tables
Physical assets of the business, such as venues, tables and chairs, are managed on the Places and Tables page.

Attention: Performance of transactions and authorizations for the physical assets module correctly.
Venues and Tables List
First of all, a list can be made based on branch and venue on the venues and tables page. Thus, the existing records are examined and updated if necessary.

Adding a Venue and Table
A physical entity can be added from scratch by clicking on the "+" icon, or it is possible to update existing records by clicking on the pencil icon. There are some fields that need to be examined on this registration screen.

- Entity Type: Selection can be made according to the entity types defined in the parameters.
- Registered Department: The selection of which department this physical entity is associated with is made here.
- Location: From the Location Definitions parameter. You can choose from the added venues. The use of this parameter is examined below.
- Responsible: The person responsible for this space and associated physical assets is selected from this area.
- Tables: Tables are added and numbered by pressing the "+" icon. It is stated how many chairs this table has and a QR Code is defined for the table.
It is possible to access the Venue Definitions page from the parameters screen. Here, the new location is defined by clicking on the "+" icon. Fields such as code, name, dimensions of the place, description and horeka place are filled in. Thus, the premises of the business are defined.

Feedback
It is used to save, list and display 3D objects of tables and chairs in the business premises.
